I like that the water doesn't leave a residue. Our carpets feel soft instead of crunchy. The technicians and phone reps have been very professional and easy to speak with. We had a small issue with a wicking stain and they were very good about coming back and giving me options to correct the problem. The technicians have been very conscientious about taking the time to do their best.

I like that my carpets weren't as wet and they dried quickly.

He did a good job on the couches, but my two chairs are damaged. He tried to repair them, but the fabric has been damaged. He must have used to wrong cleaner.

The food spots that I had in my carpet weren't all the way gone. There is still some food stuck in my carpet. It looked clean when it was wet, but now that it is dry I can see the spots where the food (yogurt and tootsie roll) are still there.
Would be nice to have someone come back to remove it, since that was one of the main things I wanted done.

We had just had our carpet cleaned by another company and then zerorez came and recleaned it for us and got alot more dirt and hair out. The carpets dried quick and the service was great.

I was told to expect the technician to arrive at my home between 7:30 and 7:45 AM, the first appointment of the day. I changed my appointments and plans to accommodate that time. He called me at 8:30 to let me know scheduling had changed. When he arrived at 9:30, it was too late for me to re-calendar my day.

I love that they do not use a soapy detergent to clean the carpet, Jace was great he explained everything and answered all my questions.

We had our carpets cleaned to remove the smell of urine and we can still smell it in our bedroom. The tech said it wasn't very much or very bad and that it should be taken care of. It's frustrating to still be able to smell it $146 later.

They did good job & were friendly - if they had moved the furniture for us they would have got a ten - as we are both 80 years
