We were told the carpet would be completely dry within 4-5 hours and after 20+ hours there were still wet and damp spots.

I have used zerorez 2 times. The first time I couldn't beleive how great my carpets looked. This 2nd time I was not home, my husband was here and when I arrived home it looked great until the next day I noticed a couple spots that I thought would have come out.

The carpet is always very clean and I don't have the problem with dirt being quickly attracted to the areas cleaned like I have had with other systems. The technicians are always very interested in making you happy with the outcome of their service.

Isaias is excellent, he goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with the work he does on our carpet. He called to let me know that he was on his way with an approximate time, he protected our stairs and wall corners to make sure the hose did not rub against them and he wore shoe covers to protect the clean carpet.

The service was great the young man who did the work (Larry) was very nice and explained everything very well. The only problem I would have with recommending it to someone is when it is done, it is extremely wet and takes a good night and most of the next day to dry. This would be very hard if it was a family with children.

The carpets were very wet in some areas, especially the stairs. They took more than 36 hours to dry&I'm worried that they will smell musty because they were wet so long.

I found a coupon for $25/room which was great, but I had two landings that are about 3X7 feet that I got charged $15 for each one. I was told that my carpets would not feel crunchy, but they do feel a little crunchy and I miss a clean smell. Wow, sorry! He did clean our walk-in closet for free.
