Loved the tile cleaning and the price! loved that the tile was dried before the rep left.

A second visit was required due to the cord not being long enough on first visit, and first visit person arrived 1/2 after time slot ended. I had to wait 1/2 hour plus on hold to try to determine when he would arrive, only to be told the carpet cleaner could not be reached. I was overcharged on 2nd visit. I was told on first visit I would not be charged disposal fee again, and also charged a 2nd time for stairs, when all stairs were paid for in 1st visit! I was quoted $25 per room and charged $30 per room on 2nd visit. When asked to sign for the charges I was not told the total amount, nor did I have visibility to the amount that I was signing for on EITHER visit, an unacceptable business practice. I would like these overcharges credited to me immediately. Kris Last name removed

I liked how the carpets looked and felt after cleaning. No crunchy carpet once dried. Adam, the service tech, was friendly,careful, thorough, communicated as the cleaning process went thru my home. The price was competitive.

However, the day after our service Zerorez advertised a lower price.

My carpets are 9 yrs old but look great! The technician was very thorough and professional. My carpets were dry a few hours later even though it was a very cold, snowy day. Will definitely use Zerorez again!

Darrin was courteous, punctual and hard working. He was very careful to not track any outside dirt in my house. He slipped booties on his shoes every time in went in and out. He was able to remove some stains. My carpet looked so much better when he was done.

Decrease the window time of arrival.

I wish the tile and grout cleaning was more reasonably priced. It seemed very expensive to me.

They couldn't wait to leave and there machine broke down.

The appointment making process needs to be improved. It is not acceptable to not know the time frame until two days before. Even then, I did not receive a telephone call with my time frame. I had to call the day before my scheduled date to ask for my time frame.

Clean cut technicians, good work.

My carpet is very old but the carpet cleaner did an excellent job. He also cleaned my entry tile floor and it looks better than it has in years.

the two men who came to our house were excellent very honest and friendly did not seem annoyed about our three year old asking them so many questions about what they were doing with each machine they needed we really like them :)

The service man arrived on time, worked quickly, answered questions, and completed the work in a timely manner.

I feel like you way overcharged to clean area rugs! For that reason I will go elsewhere for my carpet cleaning needs.

LOVE that it doesn't leave behind chemicals and residue - especially since we have pets. And the customer service is awesome!!

Alfredo did a great job on the carpets and he made our tile shower look amazing!

It was fast and dried quickly and really pulled stuff out of carpet, and did not leave residue.

I was afraid the carpet was done for, but you did such a great job cleaning that I didn't have to replace it.

I liked that clean water was used, it was very clean dried well.

We had our ducts, carpets, upholstery and natural stone floors cleaned for the cost of $1280. The technicians were very cordial. The carpets, ducts and upholstery were cleaned well, I think. But, the floor looks terrible!!! This is going to require a re-do by Zerorez. I am concerned that you may have ruined my floors and that is another issue we may need to discuss after the re-do.

Another point is that the technicians did not show up as promised, especially the second time. The tech called asking if he could meet me other than the scheduled time only for me to find out that he didn't have the equipment to do the job. The alternate tech kept my wife waiting at home for 2.5 hours with a call asking if being that late was ok? Why would we go through another inconvenient time? Now we must because the floors are lousy in their appearance.
