Carpet took a very long time to dry, still wet in one room in the am. I had the heat up high until bed. The guys were really nice and the carpet looks great.
You cleaned my dryer vent. The young man was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure it was clean and functioning properly. He even offered to deep clean my carpets while he was here ( I had mentioned how they really needed it) unfortunately he ran out of time. I was very impressed.
Besides doing a good and thorough job, the service provider was very professional and knowledgable. He never seemed rushed and always and clearly answered my questions.
The service man was professional and informative. Very nice and even though he was working late he didn't seem to be a huge rush. He did an awesome job. I will be calling back to set up another appointment and I will be asking for the same service guy again.

How clean my carpets are. It was easy to schedule on line. Technician was nice and listened to my requests.
You canceled my appointment 2 times before you came and completed the job. The first time they were running way behind and they would have had to come late in the evening the second time "the van broke". My furniture was moved and my house turned upside down for over a week before you came and completed the job.
