The products and the service man was fantastic, the result was unbelievable , so many stains came out that I did not think would. Eddy was amazing and very professional. On the down side, I was told I would receive a call 2 days before to tell me the approximate time of the arrival, I DID NOT receive a phone call, so did not know if they were coming! But everything turned out fabulous, I will use Zerorez from now on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The customer service and how well the job was done
Good: I needed cleaning that very day and someone went above and beyond to accommodate. That was awesome.
Disappointing: The smell from the carpet seemed like it was gone when the carpet was wet. However, by the next morning it was still terrible. The technician did the pet treatment on it... but it is still really bad.
I made the appointment prompted by a Boondocks free pass offer. The technician did not bring it with him but promised to have one mailed out to me. It's been almost a month and I have not received it in the mail.
I'm sorry we never sent you the voucher Chad. Something must have fallen through the cracks. I will make sure we mail that out to you today. Thank you for letting us know.
My service and overall cleaning was great. However, I was not satisfied with the pet treatment that I paid an additional $250 for. After using my own black light when the carpet was completely dry, I found 2 small areas that seemed to be missed (and they still smell). I called ZeroRez, but did not receive helpful service from the representatives that answered my calls. I left 2 messages, but have yet to be able to get in touch with anyone.

Make appointment times more definite. I'm not familiar with your industry, but your prices seem rather steep. I con buy an Orek steam cleaner for what you charged me. I found a few dirty spots on the chair upholstry after being cleaned. We liked the workers--they kept busy, were friendly,and tried to please us.
No residue or soap left in carpet
Timing of appointments, both in terms of narrowing windows and in terms of starting residential service earlier.
That you don't use soaps or shampoos that leave a residue
The carpets are always perfectly cleaned and spots never come back. The service is quick and clean and your people are always friendly, clean and happy.

The quote you gave me on the phone wasn't even close to what you charged when you came. Also, I asked for the first appointment of the day and had to wait around all morning until 1:30.

NO SOAP
My carpet WAS crunchy. Your ads say that does not happen. I got a free chair (from your father's day ad) and he spend maybe 2 minutes cleaning it. It was not thoroughly cleaned, so getting something free is not such a deal! I don't see any major improvements over other services I have used.

I'm sorry for the crunchy carpets. There are many reasons why the carpets would still be crunchy afterwards, but I assure you we do not use anything in our normal cleaning process that would leave the carpets that way. If it works for you, I'd like to send a technician back at no cost to re-rinse those crunchy carpets and completely re-clean that chair. I promise we will make this right!

Fast, easy and very thorough
Smells fresh and looks like new. I liked how the technician used a light to see if my rabbit had urinated on the carpet to make sure he got it. One of the best carpet cleaning companies I've used.
The Zerorez tech was very professional and courteous. He wore coverings over his shoes to prevent outside dirt from damaging his work. He was also helpful in answering a few questions. And lastly, the end result of his work was really great.

My carpets have never looked so clean! No chemicals, no soap or shampoo residue! This new Water Empowered method of cleaning may cost a little more, but it is well worth it. The tech that came to my home was courteous and was very thorough. I have already been recommending Zerorez to my friends!

Carpets look GREAT
Manny and Hosea were very kind, helpful, and polite. HOWEVER...I woke up the next morning to several smelly urine stains and wondered what had happened.
I phoned Brittany (who was very helpful and professional) and she made arrangements to send Rick over at the end of the day.
I am very pleased with Rick. He provided me with information that I didn't receive yesterday, Namely: 1. I did not receive a carpet ID test and did not know about nylon carpet (which we have). 2. MOST importantly, A "Flash" was never mentioned to me, nor was the difference between a "topical' and a "flash" described. I was on a budget, though would have waited to have my carpet "flashed" because that is what I was expecting to be done. I have had our carped "flashed" before and thought this is what was happening. 3. The difference in prices between "topical" and 'flash' were not given or discussed in any manner.
I very much appreciate Rick and all of his help. I believe Rick is your #1 carpet technician and explained about all there is to know about zerorez. Thanks Rick!!
