When my couches and chair were cleaned by Zerorez, the chair was damaged. Someone came and picked it up and I have not heard back. The chair will have to be re-upholstered, and I feel like I am being ignored because Zerorez doesn't want to re-upholster or replace the chair. It is an expensive, custom made chair and is almost new. I feel really disappointed because I've been a customer for many years.
Tyler did a great job. He was professional and knowledgable about the service. My carpets look great!

I have used your services for the past 10 years--first when I was living in my home in Orem, and now that I have moved to Lehi. My two sons called Zerorez when they needed their carpets cleaned because off my suggestion. I have told several of my friends to call Zerorez as well.

I love, love, love Zerorez. Every technician we have had over the years has been wonderful. Our floors are never crunchy or sticky, in fact, they feel like brand new carpet when they're done). Jace was amazing and I never knew how good my tile floors could look. I love that Zerorez offers just about every type of cleaning imaginable and it is always top notch. Cleanliness of the carpet and swiftness
The last few times we used you guys our carpets smelled clean but after this cleaning, the carpets we spent a lot of money on still smell.
Zerorez is able to get the "track" stain out of my living room.

I was happy that the carpets looked as good as new. The technician was great and considerate of my home. He placed guards on the corners of our walls to make sure the hoses didn't do any damage.
I couldn't believe they got all the grunge out of my carpet. It looks so much better. Chris Ure and Dusty Biorge was fantastic. Very efficient and assuring. Thank you, and I will be calling again. :)
I just don't think there's a noticeable difference between this cleaning and other cleanings we've had. If there is a difference, maybe about a 10% one? But it costs at least 30% more than other cleanings. And that's after I got a complementary second clean because of my first feedback survey.

I have used your carpet cleaning service for a couple of years now and have always been very satisfied. Not this time. I realize we have some dog stains but in the past they were less noticeable after your cleaning process. This time the stains are still there after only one day. There are dirty spots still on the carpet. I would not recommend you and I will surely not have you back again. I was not home when the cleaning was done but for the amount of time that he spent I can see why we got such a bad job. Maybe it was because we were his last customers and he was in a hurry to get done for the day.
