No chemicals, friendly, convenient
My carpet technician was the best I have ever had. He gave me an honest estimate, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. I would love to have him come again.

The carpets are clean, the serviceman came on time and was congenial and competent. He offered Scotch Guard which we accepted.

You can give a 'shorter' window of arrival time and I think your prices are too high.

I was very pleased with the results but I felt that the price was way too high. The initial price I was given was over $600 for a 1200 sq ft home.
The friendly people both over the phone and in person, and the quick and efficient way they did their jobs.
The carpets were overly wet, but the were clean! I felt pressured to buy a furnace filter. I just wanted my vents and carpet cleaned, not a high pressure sales pitch for a filter. The price quoted per vent over the phone and the final price didn't match so I had to deal with that issue. These issues took away from the satisfaction of a job basically well done.

I'm very sorry for the experience that you had. I have no excuse for the wet carpet or for the price discrepancies. Neither of those things should have happened. I'm sorry you felt pressured to purchase those air filters but that was not the intention of your technician. He sold them to you at cost because he could see how much they would help the air quality in your home. I would be happy to refund you the price of the filters and cancel the order today. Very professional and friendly technician! He explained everything and was extremely careful and respectful of our home and of us. And our carpets looked wonderful and dried quickly, which I really loved!

It sounds like the urine issues in your carpet need more extensive treatments since the cause of the odor is sub-surface. I will schedule an odor control certified technician to come out as soon as possible and see what we can do to fix the problem.
You are careful and thorough. We are very pleased! I do think you schedule bookings a little close (we waited all day because our neighbor in the same building requested more services and they took longer than expected). BUT ... when Jared DID come, he finished the job even tho' it was after dark. He is a fine young man and wanted to please us. I think your advertising on the radio is a bit misleading.... it costs more than just the $90 for three rooms. There is the portable canister fee, water treatment and disposal fee, walk-in closets fee (closets are part of bedrooms), and of course, taxes. However ... we are very impressed you intend to refund the cost of cleaning one chair because you advertised that sale the week the chair was cleaned. Bottom line ... I would certainly have you come again and will recommend you to anybody!
Thanks for taking the time to write such a detailed response Carolee. The fee for the use of a portable is very rare and is only applied when we do not have access to the areas being cleaned from our vehicle. And we always include closets as part of the room cleaning price unless they are large closets that are the size of a small room. I'm glad you were impressed overall and we look forward to seeing you again!

Arrived late and caused my daughter to miss our younger daughter's kindergarten graduation. Very disappointed!! We were offered a 30% discount if we used you service in the next 6 months. Why couldn't that discount have been applied to our service now. We will not be repeat customers!

Because of this they are occasionally late. I was not happy with the scheduling. I was told first that it could be any time that day, then as it got closer I was told that the technician would arrive between 3pm and 6pm. I was not thrilled about this, but understood. He arrived at 5:45. The cleaning took a couple of hours so he did not leave my home until 8pm that night. If I had known that I would have suggested another day for the cleaning, but because I had already moved all of my furniture, I sat around for an entire day with my house in shambles, waiting.

I looked into this personally to find out what went wrong. I listened to all of the recorded phone calls as well to find out if our reps communicated everything clearly. Your appointment was set up for June 4th. On June 1st one of our reps called to confirm and gave you a time frame of 3-6. We give a time frame 2-3 days in advance so that you don't have to be waiting around for us all day. I completely understand being frustrated with a job that doesn't get done until 8 pm. I will bring this to our next morning meeting and cite your review as an example. I think it would be beneficial to inform our later appointments of how long the job may take so they can be prepared. Great job cleaning
We called you about an oil spill on our carpet and were not warned that the procedure to get rid of it would cost $75 per gallon. The overall cost came as a big surprise.

You are absolutely right. I have already spoken with accounts receivable and we are refunding you the 150.00 that was added to the estimate. We need to do a better job giving detailed estimates over the phone, and experiences like yours help us to improve. Thank you for your feedback.

Mason was very informative and explained the process. He made offers of extra service, but didnt push so I was able to choose the options I wanted. My carpets look great!!
