The last two Zerorez experiences we had were very rocky. But, for our latest cleaning, we were lucky enough to get your BEST technician, Israel Garcia.

Earlier in the day we had a technician come out who failed to finish 3 rooms, even though all of our furniture was put up.

So, Israel came out at the end of the day, and finished our carpets with a smile, even though his wife and baby girl were waiting for him at home.

He was thorough, kind, went above and beyond, and is clearly dedicated to his job.

I can confidently say, he restored our faith in Zerorez after two bad experiences.

Promote this man. He is what every employee should be!

There wasn't much area to clean, and even after the theatre discount, it was still too much. at $200 an hour I'll do it myself

I expect my carpets to be clean and safe for children to play on. This is my number one concern and I know this is what I get with the technology from Zerorez.

Chris was very helpful and discussed all the possible treatments with me before starting. He even offered to come in on his day off to make sure my wool carpet got cleaned and then delivered back to me in time for my out of town visitors. The service was impecable and I can't believe the difference! My carpets have never looked this good. One of my area rugs is very old, probably about 17 years. It was definitely showing its age and although I had cleaned it many times it seemed to be getting very dingy. After having it cleaned with your service it looks brand new again. I am shocked at just how nice my carpets came out. I would highly recommend your service to anyone that asks about carpet cleaning.

I was under the impression that Zerorez was just water, but am very concerned about the product being the same ingredient as what is used in oven cleaner. Also I told the technician that I did not want any smell from the cleaning in my home since I am very sensitive to oder and get sick from odors that are not natural. The smell from the carpet cleaning was very strong even with windows left open the day after the treatment. The odor is so overpowering to me that I cannot go into the rooms where the treatment was done. I am also very concerned about the safety of children and pets on the carpet with the very strong odor.

The drying time for the flash cleaning (to remove pet urine stain) is currently at 26 hrs and counting. We hoped 8-10 hrs. would have been sufficient.

Carpet looked better then it did when it was new after it was cleaned.

I was told for starters that they would be able to get the pet urine odor out of our rug. They explained the "rug spa" system and said they had much more expensive rugs put through this cleaning and had perfect success. We only offered the single 8' x 5' rug for cleaning. That was 3 weeks ago. Still couldn't tell you how well the rug turned out as we haven't gotten it back yet. First there was an issue getting it cleaned to their satisfaction and asked that they keep the rug for another round of sanitizing and we would get it 48 hrs later. That was a week ago. Then we got a call that the can broke down so they would have to call us back when they were avail to return our rug. Still waiting on that call. Now I get to call and request my rug back before I request my money back. I travel for my job and come home every 3 weeks, had no idea the rug wouldn't be ready before I returned. Surprising and disappointing.

To have your employes explain the drying process. I felt like the tech who came out did'nt really explain things to me I had to ask. I asked how long the carpets took to dry and he said 5 hours. It has been 30 hours and they are still wet! He didn't take the time to help me with suggestion to quicken the drying process, I had to ask on pet treatments and so on. Carpets cleaned well and tech was on time.

The 9-hour window for carpet cleaning was toooooooo long. Apparently, an attempt was made to call which was unsuccessful. Then, no other attempt was made or e-mail sent. The carpets are now clean.

I like the thoroughness of the cleaning process, the explanations, the good attitude of the technician. David was every bit as good as the last technician who was here. He worked hard and fast, explained as he went along and asked our preferences at every step. Unusually excellent service.

I thought overall the service was better than others carpet cleaners we have used in the past. There are three or four small areas where soiled spots were not completely removed. I'm not sure that a little more time spent on those areas would have helped. When the carpet was still slightly wet, it was difficult to see the soiled spots. I thought the Zerorez cleaner, Ben, was very professional and helpful. We will likely use Zerorez again in the future.
