Our carpet looked brand new and Rick Nolan was a very friendly and knowledgeable representative.

Our carpet cleaner was very professional and friendly. Loved the fact that the products used to clean our home were not strong at all because I was worried having my 2yr old and newborn in my home while it was being cleaned.I will most definately be calling again to book more cleanings.

coupons or lower prices would be good. Paid $99 for a less than 30 minute area. Seems a bit pricey.

Call several hours ahead so we could better plan. Only called 10 minutes before coming and we had been advised they would be here between 3 and 6pm. Showed 5:15. We had an appointment at 7:00 so weren't sure how that would work out but it turned out ok.

Zerorez did a very good job on my carpet. I was very surprised at how good it looked when they were done. I didn't expect them to get as many spots out as they did. I will definitely use them again. The only downside is it has been 2 days and the stairs are still a little damp.

I have used Zerorez for the last 3 years. Service man is courteous and careful and the carpets dry fast and look great.

We had a little confusion on the time. I thought it would be after 11 am or close to 11 am and they did not get there until after 1 pm. More precise time so time wasted in waiting is prevented.

After the cleaning my carpet stays cleaner longer.

The special solution that cleans without soap so there is no soapy residue left afterwards.

Well I was a little disappointed this time, I have used you before so I figured when you gave me the quote of $200.00 plus pet treatment that you knew the size of my rooms. I had originally stated that we would be doing 4 rooms then I canceled two of the rooms but was still charged for 4 rooms. He stated that our upstairs living room counted as two rooms, or that is how I understood it. I had originally asked for the living room and two bedrooms upstairs and the one room which is really the size of two downstairs and that is where we had the pet treatment done, which was charged twice as it was really two rooms. So I guess where I was miss guided was I was trying to save a little money by dropping off the two bedrooms and wow was I glad when I got the final amount that I had because it would have probably been another $100.00 or more. Then the funniest thing was once the guy got there and started to set up he stated that he didn't realize that his water reservoir was full and he would need to go and dump it. We told him that we had a sewer dump connected to our house and he could use that, so not only did he dump what he brought with him we were charge the additional 9 dollars for water treatment and disposal fee's when he used our stuff to dispose of it. I guess I find that kind of ironic. Anyways, we do love your service and will use it again but I was just a little shocked at the price difference this time. Thanks so much for listening.

They were able to get some of the stains out that I never thought would come out.

How the carpet cleaning leaves no residual chemicals behind that attract dirt. I have always liked the technicians I have worked with and I like how professional the company is run.

My carpets are clean! It dried fast, and it didn't take long to clean them.

They tried very hard to come on not much notice- My husband had just passed away. We had out of state guests coming the next day- they worked our carpet in. Thankyou

I was very impressed with the whole process. It was my first time using Zerorez and I will recommend this for sure. Isreal was so amazing and very informed. He was great.

My appointment was for Friday night, but due to jobs ahead of ours taking longer than anticipated, the appointment was rearranged for the first job next morning (Saturday) by your people. The cleaner did not arrive until 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning. My husband had stayed home on Friday to move our furniture and vacuum everywhere so that it was all ready to go. Although the carpet looked good, and the young man did a fine job, it threw our days out of kilter. I also felt the end price tag of $179 for 2-1/2 hours of work was really expensive.

My carpet still does not look clean. The spots are gone but it still looks dirty.

It dried quickly without leaving a crunchy carpet and the stains have not come back like they have before.

Jesus was prompt, polite, and very through in his work. He explained the steps, the benefits, and the costs. I will not deal with any one else when it comes to my carpets.

Explain pricing more clearly when a client calls in to make an appointment.

I've been impressed with service in the past and felt they'd do everything they could do get out a stain. This time I feel it wasn't tried to the full extents of the past, but maybe the stains are set. I'm not sure every effort was made this time.

I loved how quick the service was - and I felt very safe with your employee in our home with little ones. Jose was absolutely great - he also told me about another deal you were running this month so that I could pay a little more for some more areas to be cleaned - love that he looped me in.
