Although I thought the scheduling was awful they didn't make it in the 3 hour window and no one called until 10 till 7.When I spoke to the customer service she was very apologetic and gave a twenty dollar credit which was great. There was a mess up on Zerorez's end in booking our appointment. Had we not called to see what was happening we would have missed our deadline. Our appointment was booked incorrectly on your part, so we then had to scramble and stop everything else we were doing to try and find some one else to come on a short notice. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. I am willing to pay extra and a little bit more if I feel/believe that I'm going to get better quality of service and product and that is why I chose Zerorez to begin with. I didn't want to have to deal with this kind of inconvenience and wanted to feel sure and confident that the least of my expectations could have been met. Your saving grace was Maria (bless her) stepped in and made things right. She stood behind your service and product. When we called to cancel she asked why and then did what was necessary to keep our business. We weren't asking for or requiring a discount, however, she came through with what she promised and made sure a Zerorez agent showed up that afternoon. All in all, the carpet is almost completely dry and appears pretty clean. Just the inconvenience of time and effort of having to go through the process of that of which I had already done before to be prepared, caused a lot of unnecessary and unwanted stress, as well as loss of time and production in the other things we were doing to fix this mishap. Thank you Maria. And we still haven't heard back yet with the 2hrs of cleaning that was advertised.

Hi: I've been putting this off because it is not favorable. I heard your name on 1160am. I called to get an estimate. She stated $349.00 without really know what we had. When the employee arrived and looked at what we wanted, it was $349.00 also. I believe he got this this price from the office lady. His last interest was in cleaning our carpet, it was in selling several additional services which we declined. We asked him if we could help in moving such things as an Otterman and 2 rocking chairs. He stated that he would do that.
After he left we could see from the undisturbed carpet that he has just went around them, and had left the area between them and a sofa untouched. He talked us into have a rug cleaned, we agreed, he then stated that some one else would pick it, not stating that would be a $75.00 charge. We called you stating that he had just went around certain areas. They sent another person out. When he arrived, his main interest was selling us the same before mentioned additional services, which we declined. I feel your business is profit driven whit little concern about doing a good job as advertised. This is our first experience with a carpet cleaning company. Maybe it would have been the same with whoever we choice. I will not recommend your company or will I use you again. Name removed

My technician, Chris, is amazing. His customer service excels beyond any expectation. The first time he came to my home to clean my carpets, he explained everything he was going to do and did that and more. My carpets, which were looking pretty shabby because of renters and pets, looked brand new. There was only one spot that he couldn't get out and that was because it was a small spot hair color that a renter had spilled on the carpet. He cleaned my air ducts and a rug and he threw in a carpet rake to aid in the care of my carpets. The second time Chris came, I only wanted to get a bottle of the spot remover. I would have gone to wherever I needed to go to pick it up, but, no, he insisted on bringing it to me. I was going to try and make it easy for him and his schedule by having him meet me at my office in Salt Lake County so that he wouldn't have to travel back and forth between Utah County and Salt Lake County, but, no, he rearranged his schedule and came to my home before I left for work just so I could get a bottle of spot remover. When I told him I wanted to get two bottles, he discounted both of them and gave me a better deal. I won't go anywhere else to have my carpets cleaned. Thank you Chris and Zerorez.

First of the technician Isaias was very kind and informative. My house was not an easy one to clean and it looks AMAZING now. we still are in awe at the transformation of our carpet. I also really like that zerorez doesn't use any chemicals to clean. Our carpets feel and look nice and clean now and there is no lingering residue from chemicals. I'm so glad I can finally let my son crawl on the floor without feeling guilty. Thank you sooooooooo much!!!!!

There are two large spots that were created while your service man was here and one smaller spot. They appeared the next morning after he left. I called to let them know and was told that they would come back to clean them 2 days later. That is unacceptable customer service. If you create a mess you should return immediately and clean it up, not several days later. Regardless of your lame excuses. I will think twice before I use Zerorez again for fear that more messes will be made and not cleaned up!
