The carpets look great. I was nervous about some of the stains, we had a leak in our christmas tree stand, the tree skirt was red, when the stand leaked, the tree skirt bled on to the carpet,Zerorez got most og the stain out. Thankyou.
I have used Zerorez for many years and I have been so impressed by how clean they are able to get carpets! And also on how fast they are dry!!
I am very impressed with the technicians you send out! Every one I have had has been respectful, clean and very professional! It seems that is pretty hard to find these days! Sometimes I'm a little worried about the time window that is given because of my busy life but that worry was completely changed! You called once to let me know how the technician was doing on the job before mine giving me an hr to get home to meet him! And then another call from the technician himself before he was going to arrive. I didn't have to just and wait for the four hrs. Thank you for the excellent service! I highly recommend you to anyone who is looking for cleaning services!

I really liked Angelo, he was the best! My floors look wonderful, especially the Travertine.
It got our carpet very clean. The young man (Mike) was very accommodating with us and explained pros and cons of different options.
The technician said that our carpet was old and he couldn't guarrentee it would look like new but he was wrong, it does look new and better than it has after 2 other carpet cleanings.
what I like most is that my carpet stays clean longer after being cleaned by zerorez that it does after being cleaned by any other company.

I love that the carpet looks like new when you finish cleaning it! I like Eddie, the technician that came to clean -he was super! We had a 4 spots where foam blocks hadn't been put under the legs of a coffee table when it was cleaned before by another company, and Eddie really did a great job making those spots almost invisible. I like that you use rubber guards to protect the corners of my walls and that the technician wears protectors over his shoes. Great job Zerorez!
Clean service without soapy residue. Tried it once before and very pleased. This was just as good. We were not disappointed either time. Heavy traffic areas now look good as new.

The service was well done. Your representative was very though and helpful in making sure the carpets were well cleaned. Adam was very friendly as well.
Make sure that when the technic ion offers extra services that they also include the price. My tech offered to clean my tile free if I payed for the sealant but didn't inform me of the price to put the sealant on. It was an extra $100.

After showing up late to the appointment the provider was apologetic and offered to reduce the cost to make up for it.
The process was prompt, quick and thorough. My carpets were beyond dirty--they were filthy--and now they look "almost" new and are smelling fresh. The technicians were clean cut. polite, andthey took care to explain the product and the process. I'm extremely pleased!
Mike was great, he took the time to walk through everything before he started. This is the best that are carpets have looked after they were cleaned.
