The technician that came was wonderful. We've had a ton of workers lately thanks to wood rot under our bathroom floors. I think his name was Isaias? He was so friendly, competent, polite and a pleasure to have in our home. He needs a raise!!!

The service was EXCELLENT! The Carpet cleaner was well groomed in uniform, professional, friendly, courteous, prompt and highly skilled! The product smelled fresh and clean; and our dirty carpet looked brand new after the cleaning; and it dried in a few hours without any residue. It's the BEST carpet cleaning job we've ever had! OUTSTANDING!
We where told am with a confirmation call for about 10am. 11:30 I called and a tech called me back and said he was finishing a job and would be on his way. about 12:45 I got an email saying the work was complete so I called there was some sort of computer issue, no big deal, and said he went to the wrong house first but will be there soon. just went on and on. Tech did a great job. but to walk out of here with $180+ for a topical pet treatment and 2 rooms and a hall seems a bit high for having all of the issues and waiting 2/3rds of the business day.
I like the knowledge there are no chemicals or soap used in cleaning.
I was promised that the carpets would be dry by the time the moving truck arrived at 4 pm. The carpets were still wet at 10 pm and nothing could be unloaded until the following day. The cleaning began at about 9 am and I received a phone call from Kelly saying they were finished at 11 am. I again confirmed the drying time and he assured me there would be no problem. Also I don't appreciate the vague response when I inquired about cleaning the grout on the tile floor. He quoted $695, $484, $271. I directly asked how much the carpet cleaning was and how much the grout was. Because I was never answered, I elected not do the grout and felt like canceling the carpet. JUST BE STRAIGHT WITH ME, don't try to be misleading.

The rep showed up on time and went right to work. He was very friendly but still professional. The rep took his time on each project and made sure he was very thorough. The rep was very informative as far as other products that are offered by zerorez. The Rep also had a few demonstrations to show to show the difference in the products offered by zerorez vs other carpet cleaning companies. Before zerorez came out and serviced my homes the carpets in my home were hard and crisp, but now they are nice and soft and there is a whole new color in the carpets now. I am very satified with my overall experience with zerorez

Great employees and customer service. The woman that I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and was able to set my appointment for the very next day. Manuel was right on time and was very nice. My carpet looks great and is now free of pet stains. :)
Your tech Isaias was very friendly, on time, helpful and extended us a good rate our area rug. He also explained how the duct cleaning service works. I would recommend Zerorez to any of my firnds.
