It lasts longer then other carpet cleaners and it doesn't leave behind any soapy residue.
This is the first time I have used Zerorez and will use again in the future when needed. Jarom came in, took a tour of the house, explained the product and what they would do and then started to work and never stopped until they were finished and I was satisfied. He brought with him, Adam, and the two helped each other non stop. They started and compleated the basement and the 16 steps first and then did the first floor. I ended up haveing an extra room done as well as two LaZyBoy chairs. When Jarom showed me, with no pressure to clean them now, how dirty they were from just dust in the room, I had them do the chairs also. Both the chairs, which are only two years old and the carpets almost 7 years old look new again. I am completly satisfied with the end results and have already recommended Zerorez and your technician, Jarom, to a couple of my neighbors. If the results hold up as promised, I will again call Zerorez when needed again.
PS: When I returned home at 11:00 in the evening, I checked both floors and all carpets and the chairs were completly dry.

The carpets took on newness. Manuel answered all of my questions beyond what he explained during his demonstration. Both he and Juan were very professional and were so polite with a gruff old man. I am glad to tell anyone about our experience. Hope to see Manuel in April.
Say up front about the water fee and minimum fees

Product was so great, quick to dry and worked extremely well. The service was excellent too. The technicians were very good at explaining all options and were very quick completing all jobs discussed. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and will for sure use the service again. Thank you!
I thought that the service tech did a great job and was very professional. I was not expecting the carpets to be so wet they only used 1 small fan in 1 area. On the scheduling side of things you should tell people your time frame for mornings and afternoons when they schedule the appointment. Not the day before they come. I scheduled an afternoon appointment which i assumed meant between noon and five, not between 4-8. I would consider that an evening appointment not afternoon. My evenings are very busy and we had to change things at the last minute to accommodate someone coming at 7 pm in the evening. Other then that i was pleased and would use your service again.

My carpet is difficult to clean and this is the only process that has proven it's self to truly work.
No call back after reported wall damage. After a two week wait, an other service tech came and cleaned the scuff marks made by the tile machine. He inspected the damage to the walls. Said someone should be contacting us.
I know we all need to make money, but it felt like the up-sale was the most important part of the process. I was disappointed that when we did add a room, that room was not done as well as the first.
We noticed that the carpet dried up with a crust to stiff feeling. Is that normal? Why?
The service we received from Alfredo was excellent. He was thorough and accommodating. I like zerorez very much but it's a bit pricey. I guess that's the way everything is these days. At any rate, thank you.
When I went to put the items back I noticed an area that had been missed. My husband also noticed missed areas. I contacted Zerorez and another technician came out and took care of the two spots. He took photos of the other areas which left a couple of 'stripes' - he recommended a complete redo. Haven't heard back unless this email is the feedback.

I was hoping to have several spots on our carpet (that I had marked beforehand) come out and several of these spots are still there. It looked like they were gone when it was wet but once it dried almost all of them were still there
The spots and dirt stay away longer,the carpet looks like new again, frienly techs this last person I felt went above normal expectations. Feel free to contact me.
I don't worry about residue in my carpets. Porter, the technician who did the cleaning of my sofa and carpets did an excellent job!
