find a way to decrease the cost.
I gave the rep a tip and was told later he can't accept tips. Then I was told he put it into his total revenue as having cleaned a "landing" for $15. When I questioned it they told me he probably did this because he can't take tips. I didn't intend to give Zero Rez an additional $15 regardless of whether he gets credit for it.

Well, 45 days after the carpet was cleaned, it is just as dirty as it was before. We thought the cleaning would last longer. All the original spots are back again.

The worker who came was very polite and accomidating. He answered my questions and explained what he was doing. He was fast and thorough. He put corner protectors down while he pulled the hoses through the house. It was great!
I wasn't pleased with the way the carpet looked where there were soiled spots. He re touched them and said they would lighten when they dry, but that he couldn't get the dirt out. These are NOT really ugly, dirty carpets, and I'm not sure why with a little extra work or cleaning agent they might have come clean. I've had zero rez several times and always been pleased...but for some reason, it didn't work well this time.
To make it right, I'd like to know you have some sort of way to clean pathway carpet dirt...not just lighten it.

Jace did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. He was able to clean a very difficult traffic area better than any other carpet cleaners have been able to do. He was very thorough and di an excellent job on my entire upstairs. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
