I have pretty light colored carpeting in a very large house. The carpet is 10 years old and we've taken pretty good care of it but with 7 children and 12 grandchildren it has gotten pretty dirty. Your technician was very nice and worked so hard! We really appreciated the great job he did and the recommendation of cleaning the tile and grout. We are very pleased with our experience. The carpets and tile look like new. We also needed the cleaning done in very short notice and it was nice to be accommendated. Sincerely, Karen Last name removed
lack of chemicals
My carpets look beautiful. I don't think they've ever been this clean. I appreciate the extra time my cleaner took to explain how he would clean my carpet and what I could expect - from how the cleaning would be done, drying times, other services, etc.
Your technician, Tyler was very professional and did a fantastic job. The carpet in my office was horrible and looked as if it had never been cleaned before. It looks almost new now and for 16 year old carpet in a business, that's saying a lot.
I have already recommended this service to someone who is moving into a new condo. The carpets were impressively cleaned. They dried quickly and smelled good. The technician was polite, efficient, clean-cut and easy to work with.
My only complaint is that I signed up with a deal of 3 rooms for $69. Instead I was charged $25 per room. I expected that I would be given either the initial sign-up deal, or the current promotion which was $29 for three rooms plus a $25 gift card to Boondocks. It's always uncomfortable when great deals are advertised, but when it comes down to the real charges, they aren't given as eagerly as they were promoted.
I wanted to compliment your tech Darin who went above and beyond his job. We had a water leak that came into the building. Darin sucked the water and put a fan on it to help it dry.
Fast and made my 10+ year old carpets look fresh and revitalized.

Technician was informative and thorough. He was neat and clean, respectful of my space, taking on and off his shoe covers as he went in and outside. Willing to answer any and all questions honestly. The cleaning was thorough as well ... no residue, as promised. :) The time quoted for arrival was accurate.

We are dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the entryway into our living room, as well as the edges of the carpet by our kitchen. Still looks dirty. Last carpet cleaner did a better job.
We had a rather serious problem the tech. that showed up at first. So bad in fact we ordered him out of our home. A second tech. was sent to try and repair the bad feelings he left. the second man did such an incredible job of making up for the first man that he completely restored our faith in Zerorez. Thanks guys for proving your truly great.
Your employees are respectful of others and their property. The carpets are clean and their is no stiff carpet left when they are dry.

First and foremost, the carpets always look great afterwards; and second, every technician we have had come is efficient, promotes other services but is never pushy about them, and works very hard to clean the carpets and do a great job.
