I was promised a call on Tuesday to setup a time for Thursday. I was not given a call until Thursday prior to the tech coming up to the house.

The carpet is clean and stays clean for a very long time. There does not seem to be any residue to collect traffic dirt.
I liked that you don't use soaps that leave residue. He took alot of time making sure it was clean instead of rushing through it. And explained how it all works.
