No residue. No soap.

Seems to be doing mostly good. I am worried Chris got in a hurry. When I went to sweep the floor next to the carpet a lot of wet dirt came with it. I feel if he spent more time there was additional dirt to clean up. The carpets were very dirty and they do look better.

I don't know. This is the first time I have hired a carpet cleaner, so I have no basis of comparison. The service was timely, thorough, and convenient for me, but I don't know how it would compare to another carpet cleaning service.

Our Technician , Angelo, was very nice and considerate. The carpets are clean. No sticky residue. I felt that Angelo was eager to do his best to give us a good rate for the service. Very satisfied customer. A neighbor called when she saw your truck in front of our house and she asked if I would recommend your service. I said yes. She said she would call and get an appointment. The same thing happened the last time you cleaned our carpets, but it was a different neighbor.

when I asked to have my tile cleaned they didn't mention anything about having it sealed and so when the technician came he stressed how dirty it would get without sealing it and the cost of the service then doubled

I was told that there was a gift card for Boondocks that would be delivered when the carpet was cleaned - it was forgotten. I was told that they would mail the gift card and I did not receive that either. I believe in only recommend people that deliver on what they say and so far that has not happened.

I like the empowered water and what they were able to get out of our carpets. I like that they didn't dump any dirty water down my drains.

I was not there at the cleaning of our apartment so I didn't have first hand viewing of the cleaning but our son was and he said they did a great job. I like the fact that there are not residues left. The next time my home carpet needs to be cleaned I am planning to have Zerorez do the cleaning. I was not happy with my last cleaning from a company I have used for many years. I'm hoping zerorez will do a better job. I do not like the fact that I have to point out every spot and then check to see if it was addressed. I should be able to have complete trust in a company who is there to clean my carpet. Thank you

Make sure your Techs are on time and that you get all necessary information over the phone on the first call. I gave my address over the phone and said I live in number 406. The Tech didn't show up in the scheduled 3 hour time slot so we had to re-schedule. The next time he showed up he told us he couldn't clean because we live on the 4th floor and no one had told him that we lived in an apartment building. So he rescheduled us for the next day. The next day a different tech called and asked if I would be home during our time slot. I said I would and he asked if I live in a building. I said I do and he told me he would have to reschedule because no one told him that and he didn't have the right truck. I explained to him everything that had happened and told him we wanted our cleaning done that day. He called your office and made it work. So to me it was clear your operators aren't writing down the things your techs call in about and when I said I live in number 406 I would assume your operator would ask if that's in a building because it's clearly not a house. Work on your scheduling.
