Daren did an awesome job. He was quick and efficient.

I paid 50 dollars for the odor removal. Now it's been two days and I can already start to smell the odor coming back.
The timing was not good. 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. The sofa that was cleaned didn't clean very well.
The gentleman were clean and professional. Michael was very informed on the products he was using. The job was better than hoped for and everyone was pleased. The only downside was that Zerorez was later than expected for the appointment time. However they did call to let us know.
The Zerorez employees are fantastic, the service is amazing and my carpets have NEVER looked better. I wish I started using Zerorez years ago!!!
Whenever possible narrow the service window time to be more accurate.
I understand it depends on previous customer, however to be waiting 3-4 hours until you know when the technician is coming seems a little long.

The fact that no chemicals are used, so there is no annoying smell to deal with, and the carpets stay clean for a long time. We like the fact that the carpets dry quickly, too. The servicemen that have come to do the work have been courteous, and have had a good and timely work ethic.
