Your name defines what we like about your product: it leaves NO residue in the carpets.
Carpets always come out very clean . Mike was very professional & represents ZeroRez well. Only negative is even w/ discount, the cost seemed too much... Equated to more than $200 /.hr. I have 3 sets of stairs which also made cost soar (seems like there should be a break or discount for returning customers or something .)

Adam was very nice and understood my frustration with just having the carpet cleaned by another company and the carpet did not come clean. With your product I could instantly see the difference. I liked how the carpet was brought back to like, the lighter color was brighter. When it was dry I could feel that it was not sticky or rough from left on chemicals.

The first person I talked with on the phone to make an appointment was really slow and didn't know what she was doing. We got through it. Your technician wasn't able to come in the time they first told me 2-5 but ended up getting to me at 6pm. He was excellent but the day was kind of a bust waiting for him to come and then cut into family time so late. He was very apologetic and did a great job but when I make an appointment it seems that they should be here on time. Maybe you need more technicians to run on time?

Technition left a brush he used to clean my couch. Did a good job
My carpets and chair did not look any different after they were cleaned. The technican had to come twice to clean the chair. Normally there is a clean smell and they LOOK brighter and cleaner. That was not the case, and I can see the same hallway spots now coming back. Empowered water! What is that?
The man did the job right, quickly and carefully. We appreciated the quality of the work.
We called in an emergency situation, and they came out the very next day. In fact they had a cancellation in the day and were able to fit us in earlier.

We did have some stains in the bedroom that looked amazing when he was done. However as the carpet dried they have reappeared
The floors did not have the sticky feeling you get with regular carpet cleaning services. Carpet was not "crusty"
