You did not disappoint per say I just don't usually recommend business' to friends

Great customer service, explains the zerorez process, carpets look great.

I don't know the science and whether the claim is true, but it does seem like a logical or truthful argument that not using soaps is better and I like the sound of that.

The one thing that bothered me was that the areas where I needed greatest help (most stained) seem to be stiffer than the rest of the carpet after the process was over. I was impressed with the lack of huge machinery that I have had before. Also, your very accommodating worker was able to cover a lot more area, under the couch and table quicker and better.

I asked for scotch guard but I didn't ask the price. When he finished and was going over my bill, I was shocked to find that the scotch guard was equal to the price of cleaning each area. With other companies it has been a small fee.

I know it's the best product to use in my home to protect our health and our home. The technician did a great job and the carpets look beautiful and the house smells clean.

you guys were great with calling ahead to schedule when you guys would be at my house. Showed up on time, and did quality work in a quick amount of time. Employees were very personable and enjoyable to have around. Had a great attitude and a smile on his face.

How good of a job you guys do, and how fast the carpets dry

I had an excellent technician! I am generally pleased with the outcome so far but the drying time was 24 hours not the 2-4 hours I was quoted. This was a huge inconvenience for me.

They work like you say they do. They clean and don't leave a residue. Your techs are very knowledgable, but I like how they don't pressure you in to doing more treatments then needed. Even when they may find a problem, ex: pet urine, they tell you what they can do, about how much it will cost and let you make the decision. I have had them get more pet urine out of my carpets in my rentals and they carepts look and smell as good as new. Thanks for doing such a great job.

Fast, very effective, my newer carpet looks great, as does
my much older carpet. Isaias, the technician was friendly,
informative and quick.

I had asked for something to keep the chairs from making marks in the carpet as it did last year. I was told that styrofoam blocks would be provided. None were used. Instead all of the chairs were put in the front entry. I told him he could do that but not with the chairs at the individual desks. So I was disappointed that all chairs were placed in the front. Also the dampness of the cleaning ruined books that were in the CEO's office. This did not happen before. I have learned that the carpet needs to be done on the weekend as it was still damp when we got in the next morning. Also I called in to tell you that whatever sealant that was used on the carpet looks like it got on the limestone in the front entry. We need that to be fixed. I have been unable to remove with just water. On the good side the carpet looks great and the stairs look wonderful. I know they were here late and I really appreciate that. We are looking forward to having the stairs sealed as soon as possible.

You are expensive. I question how clean my carpets are when the tech finished so quickly. The tech said I would get a coupon for 2 hours of house cleaning. I haven't received that.

Carpet stays clean longer. Other times we have cleaned the carpet stains reappear after a week or so. Technicians are great.

My carpet and furniture seemed to look cleaner than when I have had other people do it. I love Jarom you technician that did my work. He was wonderful and very accomodating.

I am very happy with my carpet. It looks better than it has for years and smells good too.

The technician asked to use my bathroom. He was in there longer than I thought he
should have been. I did not hear the toilet flush. I wondered if he was looking
for drugs. Are you a
