Polite technicians and excellent work

Everything was just fine except in my main living room there is a section that still has a big patch that still looks dirty.
They said it was because of the age of the carpet but it seems that rest of the carpet is just fine.
I don't know if you could of put more pre-soak on it and try again but that saddened me.
There is also a black spot that didn't come up either and I was hoping it would. He tried going over it again but nothing. I don't know if you don't have stain removers or not but these 2 things are in our main living room.
The men were very nice and respectful so that was Not a problem at all.
I was just saddened by the 2 things I talked about.
My carpets look a 100 times better than before. Name removed

my first appointment was scheduled for a wednesday morning at 10. at 10:30 I called and was told the tech was running late and would be there by 12. I said that was fine but I had to be finished by 2. then at 1 I called and the person I talked to said she had no record of these first two conversations I had and that my appointment was for 2. so unfortunately no notes were taken from the first 2 phone calls conversations I had. This is frustrating because I scheduled time to be at my home at 10 am and then had to end up canceling the appointment. thats half a day wasted. I did reschedule for the following day at 3:30 and the tech finally showed up around 6PM

They get out the tough stains. Guys seem to go the extra mile.

The staff is very friendly and I like that there are no chemicals used.

Great customer service. Technician was very nice and professional. He was quick and efficient and was great to explain what he was doing. My flooring was left very clean and all spots were removed. Happy customer!

I was thrilled that you sent Jarom back out to my house for a second round. The first guy did a good job but I was thrilled with the return trip by Jarom. Thanks for making sure my carpets were cleaned and cleaned well. I will always refer zerorez.....best in the industry for sure.

Good Employee's, Professional equipment

You claim that the water won't leave any residue behind. Have been able to get stains out.

Jose came in and got down to the business of trying to clean a huge nail polish menagerie. I brought in a special solvent and gave it his best shot. We didn't have much hope but he did get quite a bit of it out. We still have some color and a little clumping but there is an overall improvement.

My carpet looks great today. Hoping it will look this good two months from now.

My carpets stay clean and the dirty areas and stains don't reappear later

two things, surprise for water clean up should be notified prior to the service so I know what all the pricing is. The protectant lest costly.

We were very happy with the technician Manuel Montes. He did a great job cleaning our carpet. Very courteous and did a through job. Please give him kudos for his service.
