The price of pet treatment was not explained well to me. It wasn't until the technician arrived my house that I realized that the pet treatment was charged per gallon. I was under the impression that it's a flat fee. Very expensive.

Excluding this latest Cleaning I have always been pleased with your service. On the latest appointment we had on Tuesday the young man showed up on time and was very nice. He did however clean in such a hurry and was through with the job in less than 1 hour. I have noticed that the carpets do not look as good as when other of your techs have cleaned them. I have been a customer for years and hope that the next time is a better experience.

Your prices often seem too high, I felt I was over charged after being quoted two separate times $8-$10 dollars per chair, and then afterwards realized I was charged $15 per chair. If there was a good reason for this, it was not explained to me. Overall I have liked your company and the friendly and effective results I've seen from your work but again the prices seem to be higher than expected.

I know my carpets are dirty, but I have had better results from other carpet cleaning services before. I'm not sure why your method did not work. I did have some horrible pet smells and the smells are gone. The stains are still there, but the smell is gone. I'm happy I didn't pay for my upstairs to be done. I feel like I need to hire another company to clean the carpets, after you removed the smell.
