Technician was very pleasant. My carpet looks good.
Putting protective guards under the legs of wooden furniture that is not moved so the wood stain does not bleed into the carpet.
How clean my carpet looks after
As your success has grown your focus on customer satisfaction has declined. In the beginning I was always extremely happy with the job well done. The last few times the cleaning has not met expectation and the communication with office staff and technicians gets mixed up and the time of arrival is different than the original scheduled time. And we did not receive the gift card promotional that was promised.....it just seems like attention to customer satisfaction has gone away and the cost for all this has gone up. It makes me sad!!
It works. My carpets were really dirty and now they are soft, clean and beautiful again. Thank you!

Your process cleans and deodorizes better than any carpet cleaning company we've used in the past. Your staff has been clean and professional, though some of your technicians have been better at cleaning than others. Isaias Melchor does the best in my opinion and Adam isn't far behind. We're all relieved Porter Trepanier has been moved to the office. Quality was getting a bit scary there for a while. Just kidding!!! He did a great job. I need to get some additional cleaning setup for October. Please give me a call so we can arrange it. Thanks!

I was very impressed with my entire experience with Zerorez. Adam came and did a walk-through with me so I could show him the areas I was most concerned with. He was very patient and good to answer all of my questions. I was really worried about my stairs and my front entryway. They both look amazing. I was also impressed that he was able to show me where my carpets were affected by the dog. I had no idea in some of the areas. I love that the carpets are soft to walk on and very clean. I have already recommended zerorez to a friend and will definitely use you in the future. Thank you thank you!

Fast, very clean, and courteous
The tech missed cleaning a bedroom in the basement (not blaming him - just a mis-communication between us) and I didn't notice until after he left. I then called your office (after hours) and left a voice mail explaining what happened and asked to get a call back next day. Has now been 12 days with no return phone call. Not good.
Very good at pet stain removal.
I think that you are the best in carpet cleaners in the way that my carpet looks the following week. It does not leave the soapy residue that makes that carpet look just as dirty as it was the very next week. I do have one complaint in that on KSL they stated that you have a special where with the carpet cleaning you would get a gift certificate for a two hour house cleaning. I was not offered this promotion when I made the appointment. If you are not going to give the customers what is offered on KSL don't advertise it.
