During this past year I recommended Zerorez to two people who did use the service and were also pleased with it. This is the 3rd year I have used Zerorez and would use no other from now on.

Excellent cleaning, great employee (Jarom). Jarom did a great job in cleaning some of our high traffic areas. He was very courteous and professional. I really appreciate that my carpets aren't crunchy or filled with nasty chemicals after they're cleaned. I've tried other companies, but Zerorez is the best.

I have had other carpet companies produce a cleaner result, but it required lots of chemicals. The technician was extremely good.

The job was done efficiently and thoroughly in a short period of time. Also, the carpet wasn't wet for several days before I could replace the furniture.

Angelo did a great job cleaning my carpet. In fact, one of my neighbors stopped by to see the job he was doing and decided to set up an appointment to have him come back and do her carpets.

Nobody showed up for my appointment. I called 30 minutes before my appointment window was going to expire to see if anybody was coming. The person who answered the phone gave me a long list of excuses as to why they weren't going to be able to come out and that I would need to reschedule. Incredibly inconsiderate and poor customer service to not call the client to tell them earlier that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. From the excuses she gave me there was no way from earlier in the day they were going to make my appointment. I was able to reschedule to be the first appointment the next day. I explained that since it's my rental property I would definitely need the cleaner to give me the 20 minute I'm on my way call. I got a call 8 minutes before he said he would be there. Luckily, the cleaner was very nice and did a great job.

As a landlord and small business owner, promptness and communication go a long way. Not even bothering to let me know that my appointment needed to be rescheduled is incredibly poor customer services, especially since it was not due to emergency circumstances. That was three hours out of my day that I had to be "on-call" to leave and open up my rental property. I would like a partial refund to make it right. My time was wasted, which to me is dollars wasted.

The service technician was an hour and a half late before he called to say that he would be late. I was absolutely shocked at how expensive this was. I had one recliner cleaned which included a pet odor treatment. Then I had two sides of carpet cleaned ( as the carpet rain under our bed) and they were cleaned and treated with pet odor removal and was changed $290.00! Way to much for this teacher's budget. Loved the fact that the cleaning was done without chemicals but good grief it sure was expensive! If I used you guys again, I would have to save for months on end. Loved the services provided but.....

Well, so far we haven't had the work done! We've only had the guy come and give us an estimate. The work is scheduled for next Wednesday. The guy that came out was very nice.

Your technician was great. He was courteous and the carpets look great. All the stains are gone. I'm disappointed in how you train them to upsell bit by bit as the appointment occurs. It wasn't until the end that he told us that your process strips the protectant away and oh now you need to pay more to apply more protectant. I have used another carpet cleaning co in the past and I had no complaints. They quoted me a price and that including everything. They were fully upfront about the full cost. Even though I prefer a cleaning without soaps, I will not be a future customer to zerorez because of this underhanded practice

We chose to start with a conservative route and just the basic cleaning and product was able to clean up all of our problem areas. I was very impressed.
