When I made the appointment to get my carpets cleaned I asked for a AM appointment because I had somewhere I had to be that evening at 4:30 pm. The technician did not show up until 3:30 pm. I felt that he was rushed to get the carpet done by 4:30. I have had my carpet cleaned by Zerorez at least 3 times. The cleaning is ok, there is one area I asked to have additional cleaning done to, It looks ok but I still think I could have been better if he was not so rushed. This was not so noticeable when the carpet was still wet, I did indicate it looked ok...

They were very respectful of my home--wore booties and protected the walls from the wires of their machines. They were prompt, respectful, and willing to work with me. Overall I had a great experience.

We really liked the results the first time you came, although there was a comeback call for a missed area, it was a good experience. This time, however, the number we were left to call if there was an issue had not been set up for voice mail. Not only could we discuss the issue but couldn't leave a message about it either. Also, the carpet in one area was damp for two and a 1/2 days. The loveseat looks great and we will use your business again, but, we'll also be interested in watching the work get done.

I have been a Zerorez customer for a few years and I am impressed with the care and professional manner your technicians do their work. I was especially pleased with the technicians who recently cleaned my carpet. I found them to be personable, professional and they did a miraculous job of removing an old pet stain. Very polite tecnicians. The person who cleaned for us this time was EXCELLENT In every way.I have forgotten his name but he did an excellent job. I have always been very pleased with the cleaning, but this was the best ever.

Jarom was great. He must have been exhausted by mid-afternoon, but he worked hard, was very pleasant, and did a great job. We would love to have him service us again some time. We think he deserves a raise!
