Lower the price.
Kind and courteous and helpful technician. He was very through and explained the process and services available. I want to request the same technician to return again.
I appreciated the method of zerorez, the spot cleaner and the method of extraction with high powered equipment. He was able to literally remove the soil and residue deep in the carpet and turned it from a light gold color back to beige. Made my day!
The technician, Tyler Filmore, was incredibly helpful. We were debating whether or not to get protectant for all three of the cleaned areas because of the cost of it. We are recurring customers and will need to clean all our carpets every year, so he made the cleaning + protectant option much more affordable so that we can use Zerorez each year. Also, the cleaning was quick and easy, and on schedule.

No residue
Tech was very careful, aware of the area he had to bring his equipment thru. Carpet smells clean- was a little wetter than I expected, but everyone is commenting how much better it looks
The carpet was soaked after cleaning. I called the office three times and left messages, and never received a call back. It took 40 hours for the carpet to completely dry. I'll never use ZeroRes again.

The representative, Isaiah, that cleaned our tile and our carpets not only knocked a picture frame over, knocked things by my sink over in opening a window, didn't put the vent covers back, he also got water in my duct work and in my basement and didn't put my rugs back. Upon noticing all of the above I quickly called to notify his superiors. Nicki I that I spoke with said they would have a team lead, Jarom, come out that same day at 2pm. No one showed up I was very disappointed. At 2:50 when there was still no call or Jarom at my home I called again and spoke with the supervisor Maria. She told me Nicki was suppose to have called and told me that 2 pm wouldn't work. At this point I was so utterly disappointed that with everything that had gone wrong I was not more of a priority. Numerous calls later and having to have neighbors pick up my kids from school so I could wait for Jarom whom never showed I was done. Maria contacted me one last time and I told her that I would fix the water in my duct work myself and I would NEVER EVER use their services again. Her reply wad that she didn't want our family to have a bad experience with Zerorez and would talk to the General manager and get back to me the next day. That was yesterday and I still haven't heard from the company. 100% satisfaction guarantee? I think not. I will never refer anyone to this business. Poor customer service, dedication, and general respect. Unfortunate.
My carpets were very well done and the service was great. Manuel took his time to walk around with my wife and show her where the dog per stains were and explained the best way to fix that issue. Thank you!
