Great experience from the very first..outstanding customer service from office o scheduling to providing services.
Accidents do happen. But if a tech accidentally breaks something, I'd appreciate being told about it so I'm not surprised when I discover it later. When I walked back into my office and reached for my desk lamp to turn it on, it was broke off its base and laying down on my desk.

And the reminder call & also the call from the tech how soon he would arrive! He did an outstanding job at both the carpet cleaning, wearing protectors over his shoes (very impressed) & he also cleaned our shower to perfection ! A very nice young man, respectful & considerate !

I felt the pricing was high and did not get the treatment that I wanted to have done because of cost. He bid over $1400 so I had to cut out 2/3ds of the area to be cleaned! then $600 for the relativity small area that I had done I felt was over by at least $200.

Manuel was great. I have been so happy with his work, I requested him to come and clean my sisters carpets in Murray on Cross Creek Lane. It ended up being almost $700. We are glad to have such a competent service person to call on at your company.

Zerores showed up 3 hours late for our appt. After waiting the first hr and a half without a call explainin why they were late, we called them and they told us that they would be here in an hour to our house. They did not show up until 3 hours total from the original time that we were told.After speaking with the technician, he was able to give me a discount, but to be honest, though he was nice, I was not satisfied with all of the service. I feel like, my carpets when they were dry, did not look much different than before I got them cleaned. we were supposed to be the first appointment on the day that we scheduled, but we were not. &, they changed technicians in the middle of our appointment as well. We will not be using zerores again! Sorry! And I let My friends know what happened! What is sad is that before zerores cleaned our carpets, they cleaned my neighbors carpet, and I was amazed at the work they did.I just didn't see the same or even similar results in my house.

Asked for my input and re-did heavy traffic spots when i asked him to.
I was impressed that he put shoe covers, was very thorough and the corner covers are a nice touch too.
Everything was fine, despite the CONSTANT attempts to up sell, until I asked for an invoice before I wrote my check, so I could check the amount because it was different than what I had been quoted on the phone, and I wanted to see why, because I had not added anything. The young man got quite testy, saying that they never gave invoices until after customer paid.
THERE IS NO REASON TO BE RUDE OR AGGRESSIVE WITH A CUSTOMER.
All they had to do was text a copy of the invoice to me.
AFTER CONSIDERABLE EFFORT, the young man finally this that, but without being nasty.
Your product is good. Your service is good, why ruin it with rudeness, ever.
The request was reasonable.
My husband heard an ad on the radio for your company, and so we had you guys come out to do a pretty major cleaning, the entire basement, stairs, two big rooms upstairs and two hallways. We also paid for the extra carpet protection for the stairs and basement. It was well over $300. I expected a better job. When the service rep (Manti) asked me to check over the "finished" job, There were almost twenty major spots still on our carpet. When I started pointing them out, he said "Well, I'll go get the spot remover out of the car. He came back in, took care of three or four, then told me the rest of them wouldn't come out. (After he left, I took my own over- the- counter carpet spot remover and within 10 minutes had every spot clean.) I started walking around with him again, and saw that he had skipped corners, under the piano (which he said he was going to cover the piano bench before cleaning underneath), I picked up the piano bench, and moved it for him, then he cleaned that spot. He was very polite and nice, but seemed to do the absolute minimum required. Later, after he had left, I noticed a few other things. When I shut the doors to the bedrooms that didn't get cleaned upstairs, I saw that the two inches of carpet in the hall by their doors were not cleaned, meaning he didn't bother cleaning an inch into their bedrooms to make sure the whole hallway was clean. Also, I had pulled our wooden rocking chair into the center of our basement family room so that he could more easily get behind the couch, he cleaned, and stain treated all around it, but didn't slide it back to clean under it. I have a big square RIGHT IN THE CENTER OF MY FAMILY ROOM that didn't get clean or spot treated...really? I could have slid it back for him if he wasn't allowed to move furniture! Or shoes apparently, because the area between my daughter's pair of shoes and the closet wasn't cleaned either.
The last company I used, (5 Step Carpet Cleaning) did a wonderful job, went the extra mile by cleaning the rugs by my doors, and even cleaned two upstairs bedrooms for free. They got all the spots off, cleaned right up to the walls and cleaned the corners. I will be using them in the future. I was left upset that I had spent all that money on the wrong company.

The carpet got really clean. The technician was professional and polite. The price was good.
