Timely, efficient, and nice.
The guy cleaning was great. The carpets dried quickly, which was good. My family room just didn't get clean. The areas in front of the couches still looked dirty and there were spots in other areas that looked dirty after that didn't before. I just didn't feel like the family room got clean.

The commercials lead me to believe that the nap would be "perked up" if anything it seems flatter than it did before. We already have a 30% discount on our next service in the system--I hope. Not sure what can be done to fix this-
I am hoping that the carpet stays clean longer this time since there is no residue. We had the carpets cleaned by another company only 3 months before your cleaning and the carpets looked dirty very fast.

I've tried several companies over the years, this was by far the best service, process and cleaning I have ever had our 9 year old carpets look and feel brand new. The travertine tile looks like the day we moved in. The staff was extremely professional and personable. I would highly recommend Rick. He and Brandon were exceptional. Jarom was great in protecting our home by using corner guards, actually listening to my concerns and addressing them. He got out the dirt that a competitor had left behind just 10 days earlier. He and Zerorez saved me from replacing three bedroom carpets.
I appreciate that you came back and fixed the areas I was displeased with and made it right so I did not regret spending my money with your company.
Clean, fast pleasant worker
From what I got done it seemed like everything was cleaned well. There weren't any strong odors, which was nice. The job seemed to be done fast and efficiently. The two things I didn't like was the "set" price for a hallway, I felt like I overpaid for such a short and small hall. And, there are bright white spots that weren't on my grout in my kitchen before. I thought maybe leftover solution pooled there when it was drying and that hot water would do the trick. It didn't.

We were so impressed with the service and especially with Alfredo, the technician, who returned and worked hard to get our basement carpet in good condition from the terrible cat odor. He was delightful, and so anxious to be sure we were pleased with his work.

You would not move any furniture. This was very disappointing as I had to run around in front of the technician and move furniture back and forth for the cleaning.
