That the carpet dries so quickly with no residue.
Your staff is great, but I'm still a little hestitant that the carpet is getting as clean as it should.
Prompt and on time service
Friendly people
Carpets dry fast
Best carpet cleaning system and technicians! they got my carpets cleaned on an hour's notice and did a better job than the "others".
no chemicals
Great product, and Rick was great
I think you are more expensive than any other cleaner I have used, but my carpets stay clean twice as long -so it is well worth it.
Awesome
Our technitian (Manuel) was very kind, focused, and professional. He accomodated our needs, and didn't take any shortcuts, rather he was very focused and executed all steps of the cleaning process to 100% of the carpeted areas. The Zerorez process is impressive and seems to be enviromentally sound. The end result was impressive. There were multiple stains that Manuel spent extra time to remove, and all were 100% removed successfully! It is our intention to always employ Zerorez for our carpet cleaning services going forward. Thanks for such a positive experience.
I like how efficient the company is.
Chemical free, safe for my baby, environmentally friendly.
The fact that the men wear footies was a good recommendation to me.
The rooms they did about 3 months ago are still very clean.
I like that you don't use chemicals
I appreciate the fact that they park on the street.
More cost effective pricing
I wish your prices were not so high for the extras.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and prompt service. The carpet looked new again. I am very pleased with the time your technician spent explaining everything. I will definitely recommend you to others. Thank you.
You guys always do a good job, and your rep was very attentive.
carpets looked worse after they were cleaned than before--and they even came out to redo them. the carpets are only 2 years old, but now they look terrible. zerores has worked for us before, but not these past two times. such a shame :(
Great services and timely.
