The quality of the cleaning of our carpet.
Carpets were cleaned and seemed reasonably priced. My technician was friendly and thorough.
The technician got out some stains that I've hated for a while and the pricing seemed fair enough.
Prompt, professional, and takes great effort to make sure that custmors expectations are met.
The carpet is always very clean and I don't have the problem with dirt being quickly attracted to the areas cleaned like I have had with other systems. The technicians are always very interested in making you happy with the outcome of their service.
Isaias is excellent, he goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with the work he does on our carpet. He called to let me know that he was on his way with an approximate time, he protected our stairs and wall corners to make sure the hose did not rub against them and he wore shoe covers to protect the clean carpet.
The service was great the young man who did the work (Larry) was very nice and explained everything very well. The only problem I would have with recommending it to someone is when it is done, it is extremely wet and takes a good night and most of the next day to dry. This would be very hard if it was a family with children.

There was a big spot in my living room that was completely missed and wasn't even wet! I called and left a message about it 2 days ago and have still not heard back from anyone
First of all the results of the cleaning that was done in our home. I was very satisfied with the tech. He was very concerned that I was happy with what was being done.
I felt that the service that I received was knowledgeable and thorough. The carpets were cleaned even better than I had hoped, and I felt the work was very well done.
I like the reasonable price and that my carpet is not left with lots of chemicals on it.

The carpets were very wet in some areas, especially the stairs. They took more than 36 hours to dry&I'm worried that they will smell musty because they were wet so long.
I found a coupon for $25/room which was great, but I had two landings that are about 3X7 feet that I got charged $15 for each one. I was told that my carpets would not feel crunchy, but they do feel a little crunchy and I miss a clean smell. Wow, sorry! He did clean our walk-in closet for free.

I have used your carpet cleaning service for a couple of years now and have always been very satisfied. Not this time. I realize we have some dog stains but in the past they were less noticeable after your cleaning process. This time the stains are still there after only one day. There are dirty spots still on the carpet. I would not recommend you and I will surely not have you back again. I was not home when the cleaning was done but for the amount of time that he spent I can see why we got such a bad job. Maybe it was because we were his last customers and he was in a hurry to get done for the day.
When my couches and chair were cleaned by Zerorez, the chair was damaged. Someone came and picked it up and I have not heard back. The chair will have to be re-upholstered, and I feel like I am being ignored because Zerorez doesn't want to re-upholster or replace the chair. It is an expensive, custom made chair and is almost new. I feel really disappointed because I've been a customer for many years.
