We had unbelievably dirty hall business carpet. I was certain that the carpet needed to be replaced, but my wife convinced me to try to clean it. Huge difference. It looks like new. Thanks for the help.

You have been coming to my home for quite awhile and this last time was in all ways a unpleasant experience. I am quite certain you sent the tech out with equipment that didn't work because someone had to bring him some attachment and he remarked in the beginning that his equipment was not working. Amanda , I believe is her name , called to cancel and then called back and said he was coming. My bedroom floor smelled like pee all over. There were spots and i am pretty sure because of faulty equipment it just spread it around and the carpet was not clean when it dried. I left a voice mail the next day and still have not heard from anyone.

He did a beautiful job. Out of all the peeps that have come to our home to clean he did the best.
My home smelled a bit like cigarette smoke and wet animal when the job was finished. It might be a result of all the dirt being sucked up and cleaned? We don't smoke, so I thought it was a little weird. It's better now that it is dried, but I wish someone would have told me it was normal for it to smell like that.

I liked the fact that our service person looked carefully at the carpet and worked on a trouble spot for some time. He made great suggestions and was willing to give me a reduced price for an additional small area. He was personable and a hard worker.
At the end of the day, your service was very good. There were a few hiccups along the way, which everyone involved then did their best to smooth them over. I appreciated the quickness in problem solving very much!

No residue after cleaning, carpets stay cleaner much longer, protectant has a one year warranty. I was able to schedule my carpet cleaning at the exact time I wanted, and was treated kindly when I had to reschedule. The gentleman who came to my home to clean the carpets was well groomed, friendly, and very efficient.
Service was quick and the results were amazing. I really appreciated the phone balk updates on when to expect the tech.
Your process leaves the carpet CLEAN, not full of detergent which attracts dirt. I would never use another company. I was so glad when your company started. I hated the way other processes worked.
