Technicians were very nice and professional. They cleaned our carpets very well. we did have some red spots that they were able to get out. We actually found a few more after the technicians left. We were so impressed that we will have them come again at another time and have them clean those spots as well. I just recommended Zerorez to my co-worker and he says he will give them a call.
I was impressed with the carpet cleaner. He was great to work with and did a good job. I was disappointed with additional charges for treatment of certain stains and urine spots. I really feel that you need to be up front letting people know that there might be additional charges. Also this was my first experience with Zerorez and I had heard that it didn't have the strong chemical smells, but it did. I had to air out my house and even after that I could smell the chemicals the next day. I am anxious to see if the carpet stays cleaner longer. That will be the true test and determine if I use Zerorez again.

I was told that the carpet cleaner would have coupons with him for the 2 hours of free house cleaning listed on the ad. He told me to call the Zerorez number, which I did. I was told they currently didn't have any coupons. Does this sound a bit like a run around? I hope to receive my coupon soon. Name removed

The end product looks great. However, getting through to you on the phone was frustrating. I was first told I was third in the que and then I was told I was ninth. After being on hold for 23 minutes I hung up and tried a bit later.

My carpets are very clean, not stiff or overly saturated, and everything smells fresh, even after the pet treatments. Expensive, but well worth it.
I was charged an extra 50 dollars to have a small pink stain removed. I was told that I would only be charged if you could remove the stain. The pink stain was removed but the chemical that was used turned the carpet a greenish-yellow color and I was still charged the 50 dollars. In my mind, turning the stain to a different color should not be considered removing the stain. If I could be refunded my 50 dollars, I would rate your services much differently. That was the only issue I had.

The Tech did a great job
I was surprised that the one room I had cleaned was considered two rooms! And to clean the couches it was way more then other places and wasn't that much of a difference! No too pleased with the pricing and I even waited for a deal to come along!
The scheduling of the appointment was a huge mess. I had almost 4000 sq. feet that needed to be cleaned along with some couches that hadn't been cleaned in at least 3 1/2 years. When I scheduled the appointment I explained that I would be flying out the day after with my entire family so I needed a morning appointment because it would take a long time. I also received an email saying I would be contacted two days before the appointment to go over the time of arrival. No one called me. On the day of the appointment I tried to call at 7am. The recording said business hours started at 7am. I left a message. No one answered until 8am. When I mentioned my appointment I was met with the stunning reply that they did not have my appointment scheduled. While they later figured out I did have an appointment, they didn;t have they tech scheduled until 3pm. I had already moved all my furniture and gotten the house ready (a Hurculean effort with 5 children ages 2-13) so I continued with the appointment but my tech wasn't finished until almost 9pm. While the tech did good quality work and I tipped him well, the scheduling was so awful I hesitate to schedule Zerores again. Overall, will the tip I spent $1000. I would expect better service than I received. While the PR rep did call to apologize, no offer to discount the service for the inconvenience was made and I never received the two hours of maid service I was promised in the advertisement on KSL and that I specifically requested when I scheduled the appointment. Very bad service.

Eliminate dirty spots on carpet.
The carpets were in such bad shape when we bought the house that we thought we'd need to replace them. We decided to give Zerorez a try first. The technician was professional and polite. The carpets came out much better than we expected. We are very happy with the results.
tell the customer that the carpet will be extremely wet for at least 10 hours. Also the idea that the cleaner won't even move a light coffee table not to mention a chair
