I know my carpets are dirty, but I have had better results from other carpet cleaning services before. I'm not sure why your method did not work. I did have some horrible pet smells and the smells are gone. The stains are still there, but the smell is gone. I'm happy I didn't pay for my upstairs to be done. I feel like I need to hire another company to clean the carpets, after you removed the smell.

Nice soft carpet after cleaning, and service rep was able to get out some very dirty spots. Derek did a great job. A good representative for your company.

Technician not as through as in the past

You're difficult to reach. I searched through all of my emails from Zerorez (repeat customer) and only found one with a phone number. And the feedback online when I did a search almost made me reconsider. You might want to have a more positive online presence and look at how you market. And when I called, no one answered and there was no voice mail. I ended up scheduling online, but it was hard to get an appointment time early enough to coordinate my work schedule well.

One of the carpets I had the guy treat is a business waiting room which sees a lot of traffic. After he had finished I looked at that carpet and it didn't look like anything had been done to it. it was still pretty dirty. I asked him to re-spot it and re-clean it and he just gave me reasons why it looks that way. I insisted that he do what I asked and he finally did while I watched and there was a significant improvement when he had finished. I wonder how he actually did it the first time knowing the level of treatment that was needed but was not provided.

I like the impression that it is a cleaner way to clean carpets.

I had a lot of issues with the time you were going to show up. The website said between 8-5. I never got the call promised to give me a 3 hour window so when I called in I was told between 4-7 (how is that between 8-5?) and then the day of the guy called at around 2 saying he was 20 min out... (Not that I minded him coming earlier since I happened to be home). This was unsatisfactory to me. However, he did a really good job and the price was reasonable so I would probably use your service again.

I was shocked at how clean they were able to get my carpet that has very high traffic. My white carpet was literally black before they came! Jarom did an amazing job and was very professional! They have so many perks for return customers as we'll.

I like the use of less water for cleaning and the quicker drying time. The results are excellent and less destructive than other competitive systems.

After multiple attempts to communicate our dissatisfaction, there were no changes made. Foot prints and white spots were all over the floors. There were no signs posted as far as concern for water and wet floors which resulted in a person falling. We would not recommend to anyone.

I love Zerorez and will recommend you again. However, I was not at all pleased with the way your technician did his job. He did not get the spots up from the carpet which were very obvious. He only cleaned down the middle of my stairs and just below the bottom step of the landing. He didn't do the whole landing which is only 2X3. I can't believe he didn't see the big spot on the landing. I'll Steam clean the spots myself so you don't have to send anybody back.

I want the guy who did my carpets and my tile before. And I don't want this guy ever again. Please don't fire him, just tell him to do a better job.

First of all, although I was informed that the technician would be late when my time for arrival came around...I was already here waiting for him at a vacant home at 3:00 like I was told. He didn't finish his other job in a timely manner and then they said he witnessed a DUI and had to talk to the Police before coming to do my job. He arrived at 5:40. I walked him through the home and the phone quote became more. $100 more. I agree the spaces were larger than the allotted 200 sq ft, so I said just get it done. I asked for a bill to pay, but only could get one after I paid the bill...finally my husband asked for an accounting. I thought his bill amount seemed high. Finally he told us what he was charging for. It seems although there were no stairs and I had stated this on the phone and to him when we walked through the home, he was still charging me $60.00 for stairs. I couldn't tell what he was charging for because you don't get an accounting or bill until you've paid...poor idea. I changed the check and reduced his bill by the $60.00. I was not impressed with some of the rooms he cleaned. I have used this company before and have referred them to my Real Estate clients. I may have to rethink that.

Good cleaning by a very careful cleaner.

Technician was careful to listen to the spots I wanted him to pay extra attention to and work more on them. I also end up with a clean carpet that stays clean for a while.

Jace went above and beyond a 10! He was able to remove cranberry juice stains from the carpet, explained the process and was very detailed in getting all areas clean. The carpet and tile looks amazing! The carpet and tile cleaning was a gift for our parents who are older and have health issues. Jace was kind and patient; he is an asset to zerorez.
