My floors look great!! They were here early, did a great job without taking all day. Jace was very professional while also being friendly and personable. Most of my carpets were dry by that evening.

Fast drying time, carpet is soft after drying (not crunchy) carpet stays cleaner longer. I have only had Zerorez clean my carpets since first hearing about them 3 years ago, and thanks to Zerorez, my 13 year old off white carpet continues to look almost new!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Absolutely did nothing to clean the carpets. Unbelievable how nothing cleaned. It truly looks like he came in sprayed it with water and left. Very disappointed.

What could we do to improve?

Technician was great, prompt and pretty through. There was an area where pet accident was detected and paid to have entire room treated. It was treated and still 2 days later is strong smell that remains. Called the following day and scheduled me 4 days later and i feel should have been a top priority on a redo as well as no extra charge which was informed will be possible. Not sure that is good business after spending approx $200 for one large room and small area rug to try and get 4 room minimum (was charged a little more than $31 for the area rug as well when told was counted as 4th room?). In the past I have had excellent service but not so much now. The Tech was great.
