I like the way the carpet looks when it's first cleaned and how long it lasts. I use Zerorez for my rentals and my primary residence. I highly recommend them. I won't use anyone else!

I'd almost given up on the hall carpet. I thought we'd have to replace it for sure because it had so many spots and dark traffic marks. After I heard your ad I decided to give it at least one last chance to come clean before ripping it out. This was the first time we had ever used your service and I was totally amazed at how clean that hall carpet looked after your guy worked it over. It looks almost new again and I'm glad I didn't take it out afterall. There were also two other stains in other rooms that two other carpet cleaner companies had tried to get out but to no avail. Again, your guy worked his magic and they are gone!

We did the flash extraction and it was the best thing we could have done. One room had an odor from pet stains prior to cleaning - after the treatment and cleaning there was no odor! The associate who cleaned our carpets was very knowledgable and friendly, very helpful when answering questions and very professinoal.

Also because of the age and condition of our carpet I was just hoping for it to look better until we can replace it at a future date, but you worked miracles and it looked fantastic.
