When I called to make my appointment I talked with Amanda. We chatted about the $50.00 Pet Treatment and cleaning of two rooms at a price of $ 122.00 total. When the technician showed up to clean he discussed additional options with my wife when I had instructed Amanda to have them call me instead. His recommendations included: additional pet treatment (above the $50.00) and extra extractions for a total of $246.00 - $124.00 over the quoted price. I wish the technician would have called me instead of taking advantage of my wife and family.
Schedule two people to come to a big job. Your technician left our home about midnight and was not able to clean the duct work. We have a tight schedule to keep in selling our home. Thankfully, you sent someone the next business day and they will complete the job for us. Thank you!
Excellent technicians that did a great job. We have had other Zerorex employees clean the carpets, but these two were excellent. We have never been more pleased than we were for this last visit.

The service through the office was horrible. I was continually put on hold. My order was very specific. I wanted one room of carpet cleaned for a customer. When I got the bill, the customer changed the order to almost double the price. I was not contacted regarding these changes even though I made it clear that I was paying the bill. Again, more time on the phone. The phone system was down. Hung up on, recalled. placed on hold. finally a representative returned my call. way too effort for a small job
