I am a repeat customer. The product and service have always restored my light carpets, they look clean and wear well. The employees were helpful, polite, informative, on time and worked hard to complete the job. I will call zerorez for the next carpet cleaning.
We thought the price was to be somewhere around $33 per area, when your guy came, he started with "You need 5 pet treatments at $75 each, 8 stairs, that's going to cost you, I don't remember all the things he said we needed, but the first price he quoted was around $750.00. Then after he realized that that was too much he started discounting things until we got down around $300 which was a little more manageable. But we were pretty floored with the price.

Your ads do not say anything about a minimum amount per visit. I only had one room and a hall that I needed cleaned and I had to pay for another service in order to get you to come. I felt a little blind-sided by that.

I like how the carpet isn't "crunchy" after it dries like it has been after other companies have cleaned it. I also like how fast it dries.
Isaiah is very professional and a perfectionist. My carpets look like new and stay looking clean longer than when I have used other methods.
Carpets feel soft and not crunchy like they have felt after other company's cleaning. Also were fast drying. The young man who came was very personable and hard working. I rate him a 10.
What was a problem was the scheduling from your office. I didn't feel like I had a choice at all about when your service came. I was told between 3 and 6 pm but didn't not have service come until after 7. I would have liked the option of scheduling in the morning of a preferred day and not just being told what day and time without discussion. I would hope this improves. Name removed

I like the fact that it is all natural. The service has been great. Very professional! Just recently had my carpet done. Before he left he told me if I had a fan it would help with the drying time so I put it on and my carpet was dry in 8 hrs. So happy!
