The technicians are very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I live the fresh, clean scent that zerorez leaves.
My carpet was very clean and soft, so I knew there was no left over soap. My tile looks like new.

I was told you would arrive after 2 pm. Instead, you came at 11 am. You need to stick to a time frame. That really threw off the timing of my responsibilities. Also, the carpet was wet for about 10 hours. That's a long time.
I have had you clean our carpets twice on both occasions the tech's that showed up were clean, well spoken and pleasant.
