You say you sprayed for pets but my capers smell worse then when I've had other company's clean them. It's been a week and my bedroom is worst of all it's a suffocating smell:( I've left my window open the last thre days during the day but it does not help
The technician, Derek was extremely thorough and very customer oriented. The results were much better than I had anticipated. Using your products and system he was able to get some spots out that I thought would be impossible to remove. Thank you so much!!

Even though my carpets in the rental were really dirty they just didn't seem to come as clean as I thought they would. And honestly a few days later; they don't look very clean at all.

The carpet cleaner was very friendly and professional. I have no qualms about that! :) I am a little confused at the billing though. I technically had two halls and a main living area to clean. He charged me for two living areas and one hall. I didn't see this until after I paid and received the invoice in mt email. I initially paid what he asked for assuming my own calculations were wrong. But now, upon seeing the invoice, I think there must be some error. So, even though he was excellent and ZeroRez is great, I feel a little slighted by the billing.
They work and customer service is always very good.
Carpets took 30 hours to dry after the tech told me they'd take 4-6 hours. Whole basement smells musty now. I paid a lot of money for clean carpets and I'm not sure I trust that they're clean. I'm just disappointed. The service and technicians were responsive and good. The product (the actual cleaning of the carpets) was not. If I can't trust your dry time, how am I supposed to trust that my carpets actually got clean?
Excellent pet urine removal. Equipment worked great and the service provided was informative and I felt good about the product after explanation
Friendly staff and great carpet cleaning.
Train your people better. Our carpets had to be cleaned twice, because the first employee thought he could skate by with a light surface clean. The second man (Chris) came back and did the job we Thought we were paying for.

I gave the rep a tip and was told later he can't accept tips. Then I was told he put it into his total revenue as having cleaned a "landing" for $15. When I questioned it they told me he probably did this because he can't take tips. I didn't intend to give Zero Rez an additional $15 regardless of whether he gets credit for it.

Well, 45 days after the carpet was cleaned, it is just as dirty as it was before. We thought the cleaning would last longer. All the original spots are back again.
Removed spots I didn't think could b removed. Jerod was very efficient and helpful. A real asset to the company.

Excellent carpet cleaning
We had an issue with HVAC filter paid for not being installed and overcharging of protectant and not applying protectant, etc by a specific employee. However we have been promised a $400 credit to cover it.
