It seems to get the job done price is ok

1. End price was higher than I was quoted on the phone
2. Had a couple of stains that were confined to a smaller area and now they are spread over a larger area
3. The carpet in my family room has pink stains all over it that wasn't there before, the areas where it is pink also has an oil or residue feel to it. The discoloration marks are in areas that are normally covered by furniture, we waited over 24 hours before moving any of our furniture back.
4. There is also an area that looks bleached
5. Where there were spill marks it looks they were spread over a larger area

We would like you to see if it can be remedied, if not, we would like to be reimbursed and we will have a different company come in and see if they can fix it. My carpet was not in bad condition and now I am so frustrated looking at it - I am actually getting more upset the more I see it. Depending on remediation, will determine whether I refer your company or not - I'm in the real estate industry and come in contact with buyers and sellers everyday that need carpets cleaned, ducts cleaned, hard floor surfaces cleaned, etc.

The technicians were very pleasant and worked hard to earn our satisfaction. The carpet dried in a few hours (except for the pet-treated spot) and it looked great when they were done.

Not disappointed. Relax already.

High traffic area wasn't cleaned as well as the last time Zerorez cleaned it.

The carpets were in the basement that were cleaned. It needed to have fans put on them....it took
Way tooo long for them to dry! Next time might offer fans as a service to aid in drying.

It cleans really good and pet friendly.

I was so impressed with the carpet cleaning I had done the week earlier that I had Zerorez come back the next week and clean my tile floor and reseal the grout. I wasn't disappointed! the techs were again helpful and worked really hard to make sure that I was very pleased with the end results.

The carpet cleaning was the best that I have EVER had and it really dried quickly. I appreciated Daniel (the tech) who came to work on them. He was so careful and thorough - impressive. I will definitely hire your company in the future and have already mentioned the fabulous cleaning to friends.

There is a large yellow stain on my carpet that was not there before your workers cleaned my carpet and sofa. I am wondering if they spilled the cleaner. I would like you to take care of it.

I also asked for the protectant for my sofa and chair and it was not done, but I feel I was charged for it. Also the color on my sofa and chair is no longer uniform and very wrinkled.

I would like an itemized list of the things that were done. The bill was much higher than i expected.

I have to say I am disappointed with this visit in comparison to the one before.
