Your professional cleaners, your equipment, and your doing the job right.
I appreciate that there is no soap involved in the process. Our carpet was in need of replacement, but it was not possible at the time. I decided to try zerorez to see if their claim was true, that their process would get out the residual dirt and stains from years of using the other carpet cleaning companies. Our carpets look great again and we have extended the life of our carpet for a few more years, at least.

They don't have chemical odors & the carpets dry fast. My carpet turned out so clean & I am very impressed by Chris and the great job he did for my family. He was cheerful & worked so hard for us. You have a great asset in Chris as your employee. He will always be my "first" choice in the future!
I was very impressed with your service man ANGELO he was very knowledgeable and did not force product on me. He went straight to work and did an excellent job of freshening my carpet. I felt very pleased with the finished job and the price was affordable, Thank You Ann Tolman.
When I made the appointment, I was told there was a bonus of 2 hours of house cleaning. On the day if the appointment, I was told that was not in force. Very misleading. You should come through with your offers.

Thank you so much for your great customer service and for sending back someone to clean a second time. The stairs look much better this time. I also wanted to share what happened with the first visit. I think the tech's name was Alfredo. When he called to tell me he was on his way he said, " Hi this is Zerorez and we won't be able to make it today. I said, "Why, I scheduled that time for you." He said again that they wouldn't be able to make it and then he said, "Sorry for the bad joke. I will be there in about 15 minutes." That is not the way to act with someone who has scheduled you a week or two ahead of time. Thanks again for coming a second time.

I like your method of cleaning and how quickly my carpet and furniture dried. It looks beautiful and feels great. I was very impressed with Rick, the technician who came to my home. There was a miscommunication to him about the time to come to my home. He was very pleasant about waiting until I could arrive. Once he entered my home he was very professional and upfront. He listened to my concerns and what I needed to have done, then went to work getting it done. He masterfully cleaned a nasty stain from one of my chairs that I thought would never look good again.
Rick was not pushy and did not try to sell me services I did not want. He did give me options that were available and accepted my decision without any pressure. I am the kind of person who puts off things like carpet cleaning or repairs inside my home because I do not like the disruption or having people I don't know in my home. I can say that my experience having Rick and Zerorez in my home was positive. I have already recommended Zerorez and Rick to my coworkers. I would without question rate Rick higher than a 10 if I could. Thanks.
Really good
While the technician was great and seemed knowledgable, my carpets still looked stained and worn. I suppose the first time we used Zerorez we were blown away with how wonderful the carpets looked, smelled, and felt under our feet. I just didn't see or feel that this time around.

The spotted area between kitchen and dining area still is not clean. It is better than it was but still not clean. Also the areas in front of the doorways still look dark.
Carpets look great and was pretty much dry by the time my son came home from school.
