The technicians are knowledgeable about carpet problems and solutions.

I was told you would arrive after 2 pm. Instead, you came at 11 am. You need to stick to a time frame. That really threw off the timing of my responsibilities. Also, the carpet was wet for about 10 hours. That's a long time.

I have had you clean our carpets twice on both occasions the tech's that showed up were clean, well spoken and pleasant.

I liked that they took the effort needed to get my sofa and loveseat clean. It took a little longer to dry but that ws ok because we were not in a hurry to use them. Thanks for your services and the quick response to my urgent time need.

I was referred to Zerorez by my in-laws which I have the greatest respect for. They have white carpet in their living room/entry way and it always looks great.

When I made my appointment the lady taking my information requested dimensions or square footage for each room, hallway, and the number of stairs which I answered honestly. There was a small amount of apprehension when she told me the projected cost but it wasn't that much higher than the competition so we continued.

The technician called during the time frame he was expected, asked if I was ready, and arrived 20 minutes later. The technician was polite, took the appropriate cautions (to not damage corners, hardwood floors, and furniture), observant in finding other stains I had missed, and a true work horse! This is a physically demanding job and I watched him take care of our carpets with pride while not taking a break over several hours. Our house has three floors with lots of stairs so this was not an easy job.

The process Zerorez uses is different from the "Steamer" companies that spray in a water/cleaner solution and try to vacuum it out pretty much at the same time. With Zerorez an environmentally friendly cleaner is applied first and allowed to soak, steam is then sprayed into the carpet while scrubbing fore and aft, then with a vacuum pulls the dirt out leaving minimal water in the carpet. My carpets were left cleaner than what the "Steamer" companies ever did, and the carpets were dry in around 6 hours.

In one of our high traffic areas there was a particularly stubborn stain that the technician worked on and was able to remove all traces, unlike the competition (including myself) who had tried several times over the years.

I followed the preparation process to the letter. I vacuumed the carpets, moved everything out of the rooms so the technician could perform his work efficiently, moved furniture that I wanted him to clean under, moved the furniture back, and stood out of the way.

My plan is to use Zerorez in the future for some of their many other services and will request the same technician. I can't imagine why we would use another company.

Appointment times could be narrowed down more. Was told that we were the second appointment of the day but tech didn't arrive until 5pm. I do have to say that your company has done well to make things right after our initial disappointing experience.

Our carpet is 23 years old but after zerorez it looks almost new! You guys are amazing.

I used you one other time and was very pleased. However I had your people come while I was out of town this time. My husband was the one here. When I returned home a few weeks later, I was disappointed to find spots still on the carpet. I worked on them myself and was able to clean some of the spots and traffic areas, others I was not able to get up. It left me feeling frustrated and disappointed...and tired. If you wanted to come back, for free, to make things right I would feel better.

The smell from the dog throwing up in the master bedroom is still there. We paid extra to have this treated and eliminated.

They were on time, they were fast, efficient and courteous. The end product was a very clean rug.

The carpet is soft when it is dry and the service is quick. The protectorant that you applied last year prevented some pet stains that could have been a problem this year.
