Communication prior to the cleaning

I was suprized at how long it took to dry...I had the carpets shampooed on wed, and it still had damp spots, (even with fans going) Friday. It was completely dry Saturday.
It did feel clean, and looks so much better.

I was told that my technician would be to my home "around 3 pm" I found a babysitter for my sons at that time. I didn't hear from anyone until I called at 4 pm. The receptionist told me that a technician was sick and so they were running late. She then said she would find out where and when the technician would be to my home. I, again, didn't hear from anyone until the technician called around 4:30 to say he was on his way. He showed up at 4:50.

I was frustrated because my babysitter was only scheduled until 5- which meant I could not be here to speak with the technician, so my husband came home from work early to be here when the technician was here. I understand things come up and things get delayed, but I wish I would have been kept informed so that I could have made arrangements.

Serviceman explained in detail what was needed, gave me the option to use the products (no pressure). He showed me exactly what my problems were. Offered suggestions on correcting the problems. Was very indepth in his cleaning procedures and explained time I had to wait for each area to drive before I walked on it. Was very careful and used equipment to make sure he didn't bang walls, etc. Very pleasant experience under very stressful conditions. (The previous homeowner was a pig about cleaning up after her animals). He told me how to get in touch with him when I want my carpets cleaned which will be in the next couple of weeks after my grandson removes all the furniture from my place to move into his new place. When I had my grout cleaned, the technician left a lot of residue that I had to clean myself after everything was dry. I think you need to explain to customers exactly what the process involves not only before and during, but what to expect after.

You have a portable unit for cleaning our high rise condo, and arrive in the time window promised. Your service man was courteous and very helpful.

The technicians are terrific...personable and prompt. The carpets not only look great...without left over residue...they stay clean longer.

The carpet cleaning was good but the technician did not explain anything to me. The guy who cleaned our carpets a couple years who with zerorez was way better.
