There were several places where spots weren't cleaned. Even with a second visit to work on the spots, they remain.

My carpets look great, and I was very happy with the technicians that came to my home (Eddy and Taylor). However, I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service I have experienced after my service. I was incorrectly charged for my service, and two weeks later the matter is still not resolved. What started out as a very positive experience now has me very frustrated and angry.

In the past, I've been able to use a $25 credit for the next cleaning. This time, I was told that credit only applies to residential. Last time, I was told the adds I'd heard on the radio, offering water park tickets only applied to residential. Your radio add did NOT state residential only, and in truth, our office has more square footage of carpet than most homes. I feel these incentives are offered on a false basis.
Also, I've requested that all emails and correspondence be sent to my email address, and instead, they all continue to go to an ex-coworker, but with my name (spelled incorrectly). Please adjust accordingly. I would stop using Zeroez if your cleaning wasn't so spectacular.
