Rick and his trainee were courteous and professional. Great job! We were actually scheduled day before. Was told around 3:00. Called in to see where they were around 4:00. They said they are running behind and they would not arrive until 6 pm. I was discouraged. Called back and rescheduled for next day around 10 am. Rick showed up when expected. The window is too great! 3:00 and not to arrive until 6. Unexceptable. I always like the service when there here.
Everything, You are on time,polite,ask about any carpet concerns I may have. You get right to work, but take the time needed to do an excellent cleaning job. You ask if I am interested in a demonstration of your additional services and only share the one I am interested in. You provide a coupon for that service, should I want to have it done. You make sure I am pleased, before you call the job done. Thank you for meeting all my expectations. Janie
My carpet looked horrible and they got almost every stain up completely!!
The pre-treatment took out the stain that another carpet cleaning company could not. I also am excited for the protection that was put on my carpet under my dining table.

I felt that the technician doing my carpets, wanted to know any problem areas, took his time to review carpet, did a thorough job and took his time.
I never pushed me into any addition service but did make me aware of it. He was friendly and did a fantastic job!
The tech was very professional and I loved how fast the carpets dried and how good they felt on my bare feet, I also have a 1 and 3 year old kids and I feel so much better about them playing on the floors now!
Service was second to none, he was great reason we will come back to you. He acted like he cared; hard to find that now days.

Very clean carpet and low toxins. The operators I have had work hard at getting my carpet looking new.
Overall the service was ok but I was frustrated with a few things. First of all I was quoted $280 by phone but was charged $380. I guess I should have had the rep.give me the cost breakdown but what I felt I had been quoted by phone hadn't changed with the service rendered. Was that a marketing strategy tactic, to get what you can from the customer if they'll let you? When the family room was finished & the representative moved on to the next room, I noticed the treadmill and couch hadn't been moved in order for the carpet under those items could be cleaned.When I moved them and asked the guy to clean that area, he did but only after I asked him to. It was like I had to follow him around to make sure everything got done correctly. After he cleaned our dining area, I noticed a discoloration in an area of the carpet I hadn't seen before. I took a rag to it then grabbed my Resolve stain remover and after using it, the area scrubbed out. He watched me do that & told me how he had tried to get it out but without success. He also added that by using the Resolve, there may be residue left behind. Doesn't Zerorez have the professional cleaning capacity to get stains out?!I'm not sure I'll use this company again. Too much hype & expense for the service.

I called Zerorez when I heard Doug Wright's ad on KSL Radio saying that you had a special on for $29/room. I assumed, wrongly, that my stairs would count as a "room". I had no idea that it would cost $60 to clean my stairs. All I wanted cleaned was my living room (about 16x13), hall (about 3x10)and stairs (13 narrow). Imagine my surprise when your tech arrived and told me it would cost me $118 instead of $87! He also said that the advertisement on the radio was wrong, that the special was over. (I have heard the same advertisement on KSL at least twice in the last week since my carpet was cleaned.) I did not know that you had a $100 minimum, nor that you charge a $9 fee for "water disposal". It would be better if you were up-front about what the real cost is, including "fees" and if you charge a different amount for stairs, etc, when a person makes an appointment. That way one can decide whether or not to use your services before you arrive to do the cleaning.
Your tech, Larry, was very friendly and he was willing to go over any areas that I wanted him to, but there is about a 4x4 area in the middle of the living room that does not look as clean as the rest of the carpet. I could not tell this until after the carpet was completely dry.
I really like the fact that Zerorez does not use any soap or chemicals to clean, and you usually do an excellent job. But please, tell me exactly how much it will cost before you come so I don't have any surprises the day you come.

Chris the technician was wonderful. He explained everything to me and worked hard on the bed until he had it totally cleaned. I am going to request him whenever I have services done. He was very polite and professional.
Manuel was very professional & went the extra mile to get my travertine looking like new again. I was beyond impressed! Carpets came out great as well and I will confidently recommend you to everyone I know. Sending qualified and hard working employees to my home really sealed the deal for me. I will never use another company again!!
