I believe the service was over priced for what was accomplished.

My carpet is only 16 months old and only had some foot traffic dirt. The tech did explain to me that it may not come clean because the fibers were breaking down. I have had other companies clean much older and dirtier carpet and similar dirt has come clean. I was disappointed because I had heard so much about Zerorez. Even the drying time that is advertised took as long as any carpet cleaning.

My 3 year old poured craft paint in the entrance and hallway of our home. I called because I had used zerorez twice before because of a recommendation from a friend. I asked what I could do to prep the floorbefore or treat it before you came. I did what I was told. With all that info she set me up for a next day cleaning. The stain did not come up entirely. It looks really bad. I realize that it is craft paint however why was she not open about me needing to call another company who could possibly come that very day because letting the stain sitting would allow the paint to be apart of the fiber. "We can't come until tomoorow. Youmay need to have it addressed today because it is craft paint."I In

This is my first time with your business. I like no water had to be flushed down my toilet, the rep. Taylor Willnow was wonderful and worked so hard to clean my carpets. He explained how the cleaning was done. The carpets are soft and all I've heard advertised is true. I love the fresh clean smell in my home. (No chemicals). Thank You. service completely and then did everything that I asked for with courtesy and skill. I
couldn't have asked for anything better. I will definitely have Zerorez come back the

You did a living room and a very small hall( the hallway is about 3 foot x 6 foot.)
I was charge 30.00 for my living room and 30.00 for the hallway.
We went with you due to your price for the living room and decided to throw in the hallway. They also charged use 30.00 per the two areas for a protectant. The other company applied protectant at no additional fee. We were lead to believe something different than what we received.
I will be passing the word around to all my contacts. Your face value is good right up till you get into the door!
On a side note your cleaning was good and the carpets look great when he was done. Your tech did a good job in how he handle himself. I don't blame anything on the tech he was just doing his job. However the company as a whole from my experience appears to be much like a used car salesman. he gets you to decide on a car than in the final steps adds as much on the ticket in fees and charges as he can.
Not Impressed!
The grout cleaner seems the have taken the stain off our beautiful floor molding in a dozen areas or so. Also, now that the couches have dried, they look murky and not very clean in places. Some of the worst stains did not come out either. The carpets seem fine as far as we can tell.

I was very happy with the technician (Jarom) that cleaned my carpeting! He was very professional and did a beautiful job on both new and older carpeting. I would like some other services done before long, and I will request the same you g man.

Your service man was very fast and accomodating trying to get out by11 am but was unable to arrive early because of some bureacratic mtg.that headquarters has to have. If you check records you will see that I requested an early apptmt. But was not acvomodatrf at all. Therefore my cleaning was rushed and there are spots appearing already.
