The guys were really friendly. they apologized multiple times for being late which made us feel like they were conscious of our time and schedule and they tried to make it right.

Carpet really feels clean afterward - no residue.
When I called to make an appointment they could not tell me when they would come. They sent me an Email telling me they would send me an other Email telling me they would tell me three day before they were to come. That Email came on Friday 5-2 14. NO TIME was given. I sent an Email on Sunday night 5-4 14 asking when? they where coming? I was mad! how is one to plan their day and a three hour window is a joke! I have used zerorez for many many years and having a special then making me buy something to get me over the minium $100 for my two Small rooms that should have been $60. I have bragged you up to family and friends for years.
The technician was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help on my cleaning project. The area looked perfect upon completion, and I'm completely satisfied with your service.
I liked Larry. He came out and recleaned our carpets. He did an amazing job. The steam was coming out of the handle and our carpets look much better then before. The other tech guy had left our carpets wet for for four days!!!!! It stunk si bad in my house after that first tech left. We are a bit worried that we may have a mold issue due to his negligence. I don't know..... I am disabled and I could not walk in my house because I was afraid to fall.
It looks better now.
Larry was very courteous and prompt. He contacted me twice to confirm our appointment. He informed me about the Zerorez products and services, and then cleaned the carpets to our satisfaction. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. Larry was excellent.
It was with the vent cleaning. I had to finish tightening the screws holding the return vent covers because they were all left poking out over 1/4". For the money we paid for the vent cleaning, the service tech should have their own power screw driver. We were also disappointed that the service tech did not have a camera as part of the vent cleaning service to see what he is doing as is recommended. No problem with the carpet cleaning.

I liked that the service technician was very knowledgeable about carpet and the processes that Zerorez uses to clean it. He was professional, courteous and worked quickly. I liked Zerorez because the carpets dried quickly, looked nice and are not crusty.

I'm putting my house back together and am so grateful for the good job that your service does in getting my carpets clean. This is the second time I've used you and my carpets always look brand new after a good cleaning.
This time the technician also convinced me to get my tile grout clean and it looks great. It had been bothering me and I'm happy to have had it done. Both technicians were polite, professional and thorough.
I haven't received my survey yet and really wanted to point out one big disappointment. While the grout was being cleaned, I discovered that I had a coupon for a free room cleaning when purchasing a grout cleaning. I presented it to the technician and was told that I didn't have enough tile cleaned to use that coupon. I paid my bill and went about putting some things back in order and cleaning my house. While going through my pile of mail, I found another value pak coupon that would have given me .40 cents/foot off of the grout cleaning. This would have taken a considerable amount off my bill (more than the free room discount would have been).
I realize that Zerorez is in the business of making money but in a world where there are so many places that I could call to get my carpets cleaned, i want to feel like I was given a fair price. Would it have hurt the technician to say, "I can't take that coupon but we have another one available that would work for you. Did you get the new Value pak mailing?" or "Your service doesn't qualify for that coupon but I can give you a better one." and then give me the newest coupon rate. Even if he had honored the one I gave him, which would have been a smaller discount to me, I would have felt valued as a customer. Instead I feel like I was taken advantage of and overcharged. I didn't even get an invoice to show exactly what I paid for. Though I was told I would get one via email.
It's never a bad idea to make a customer feel valued and that they are getting the most fair price you have to offer. I feel ripped off. As a result, I will have to seriously reconsider whether or not I will use your services in the future.

It really helped our rental house look so much better, We were worried with such light carpet, The carpet look so much better now. once Zerorez cleaned our carpet. The Service man was very very nice.
The Service Rep. was helpful, quick, attentive to problems, he worked very hard and basically did a good job. The only concerns I have are:
1-a strange shape of discolor showed up in an area where there were not spots or problems. We have been watching it, and although been over a week, it is still there but fading.
2- the wool Hall runner that he cleaned presented a problem in that it somehow transferred lint, barely movable lint without quite a bit of work, from a creme color portion of the rug onto the light green portion of the rug. In other words the green leaves look white. We have been slowly picking at it. We had not been warned that that could happen. It is a very thick, nice rug, I am not sure, and have never seen it happen before.
We have had carpet cleaners in the past but I was not always happy with the job they did. I was very happy with zerorez. The carpet came out very clean. The only complaint I have is that there were some stains that the rep said need to be treated and it would cost $50 per stain to treat them. I thought this was a very unreasonalbe cost. It would have more than doubled the cost of my cleaning. Overall a very good experience.
