the stains very rarely come back, unlike other commercial cleaners where the stains always come back. And the employees are SO friendly and helpful

The Teck. reported that he was unable up get up 4 spots, even though he passed over them 2/3 times. The next day I used a product, "Coit Home Pro Spotter", that had been given us by a former carpet cleaning service. The spots came right up!!! I would have hoped that your teck could have had / and used a similar product.

Roy (on loan from Texas) was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and worked extra hard to make sure stains were completely gone. He also explained the difference between Zerorez and other carpet cleaners. I called Zerorez because I had some friends who had used the company and they were very pleased with the results. I am also very pleased with the results and will recommend your company.

Non- chemical and great customer service!

Your service person did a good job and I appreciated that you could meet my schedule. However, the after smell in the home was not good. I had to open all the windows to be able to be in the house. Sorry to have to report that. Service and cost was good but the after affects weren't.

THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT AND THE TECHNICIAN ISAIAS AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. NEXT TIME I HAVE MY CARPETS CLEAN I WILL LIKE THEM BACK. THEY DID AN OUSTANDING JOB.

We especially like the fact that there is no residue left in our carpets when you clean them. Chris did a great job this last time. He listened to concerns I had about certain spots in my carpets and suggested solutions to those problems.

The guy was running quite a bit behind schedule and the place where he did the pet treatment feels like there is residue left.

A couple of small things were in the way of his machine and he could have moved them. I felt that the protectant was quite expensive.
The rest was very well done and I liked the way he asked me to check each area.

I have never used Zerorez in the past, and my carpets have NEVER been cleaned! I have 4 cats and 2 dogs that have just ruined my carpet to no repair. So i called Zerorez and asked them to come and clean the carpets, and to be honest i wasn't expecting much. MY CARPETS ARE DISGUSTING! But Zerorez came and when i got home i was BLOWN AWAY! My carpets were free of pet smells and it looked FANTASTIC! I will recommend this service to anyone and everyone! I was VERY SATISFIED!

After the second guy came back, it was easy to notice the first guy did a poor job. The second guy even acknowledged that. After the second cleaning of the problem area, there was a big difference. We wished the rest of the areas we had done would have been done right the first time.

It got all the stains out, and they were bad.

It's cleaned with just water and no chemicals.
