I was shocked on how you guys add so many different things onto the base price. You are overpriced on the "by the gallon" urine remover. I love what your products do and I am a repeat customer but will warn my friends of your hidden costs. $540 for 1 1/2 hous of work? Pay your employees instead of making them sell! Loved the techs, they were awesome! Unfortunately, I can now smell urine in one of the rooms. I will give it a few days to completely dry before I complain (it was an old and deep stain).
Your technicians were very courteous and quick. I was surprised at how fast they went through the house. The carpets look great and the stains are gone. Thank you!

A bit expensive - the technician didn't even lift the furniture or make sure he was getting the areas directly around it.
Employees are very professional and kind. They do a great job and go over the pricing before beginning the job so you know exactly how much the final bill will be. My carpets look great!

No residue/environmentally good
Fast and Efficiant, showed up early and was finished in just over an hour, cleand out two spots tha had been in the carpet for 3 years of more.
The technicane was very knowledgable and did a great job in getting out some pretty tough stains from my dogs. They were quick and easy to work with.
All stains were removed and the carpet smelled wonderful.

This was the best cleaning job you folks have done on my carpets. Are you using different machinery? It was really great. I'm not just trying to be nice, I'm being truthful.
We like that there is no chemical residual when done. Rick & Adam were awesome. We have has zerorez come out a couple of times and the experience this time was much more pleasant. In the last the didn't use the agitator to be sure the carpet was going to be protected well.
cleaned areas I thought were a lost cause
Got rid of the cat pee and smell. Manuel was great. He explained everything, was upfront about pricing and everything. The only thing I didn't like was the carpet was still wet the next day throughout that day. I figured the flash extraction areas would take awhile but the rest of the carpet also took a long time to dry.
It was a little expensive but they did a good job.
Your rep was excellent and the overall job was done well.
I wasn't there when they came but my parents were and they said he was very nice, she loved how hot the water was. They got all most all the stains out that a previous carpet cleaner couldn't and said that no one could, of course that isn't the case now.:). My parents were so impressed they made an appointment to get their carpets done.
We have a fairly light-colored carpet and didn't think it would come as clean as it did. We were very happy with the results.

After a couple weeks have now passed, I can see the dirt returning in my kitchen and hallways. I had to gave the carpet stretched in one room after the cleaning. Another room really didn't that clean in the first place. I am not really happy with the carpet cleaning results overall.
I just want clean carpets.
