Too many hidden cost. The price per room was not the actual price. Then when the total came back at over double the anticipated price. The experience was very disappointing.
We were told the technician would be out at a given time and then calls to say they will be much later. This was very disappointing as well. The cleaning job was good, but not great.
Overall the experience was disappointing. I will try a different company next time.
I like the fact that there is no soap residue left in the carpet after cleaning, that your technicians are almost always courteous and knowledgeable, and that your prices are affordable
You kept coming back until all the spots were out.
My carpet looks wonderful and like brand new. I was very impressed with the guy that cleaned the carpets. He spent time going over things that would be a problem, had me check things out as he went along and ask if he needed to redo anything. He explained about the pet areas and how they could help.

Our servicer was fantastic. Very profess ional and carpets looked even better this time than when I've used zerorez in the past. Did a thorough job and didn't rush through. We were very pleased.

Lius Gonzales was excellent he did a super job in getting spots out and cleaning of my carpet. What I am disappointed is when he gave me the bill I seen that there was a $9.00 charge for "water treatment & disposal fee"--I realize that I had a coupon for $31 per room which should have only been $62 for two rooms plus the protection spray in the living room area!! This presented a false advertisement as far as I am concerned--no where on that coupon did it state that there is a charge for the treatment and disposal of water???? When I mentioned this to Luis he stated he was sorry but that is the charge???? I cannot blame him he is only an employee---but I will have a very hard time recommending your company to any of my Senior citizen friends. In the future I will have to look into another company to clean my carpets. Name removed :-(
