I was very pleased with how clean my carpets got.
Cleaned in the toughest areas and dried quickly.
The work was done efficiently and professionally. Prior to zerorez coming, I thought replacing carpet in one room was inevitable. After, I was amazed at the difference.

Your products and or services are amazing but your best marketing and motivation to use you guys on a third property is your technician Jace Anderson, he came in on his DAY OFF, last thursday worked his BUTT OFF from 8am to like 7pm and made tiles over 15 years old look brand new. Jace is always nice, hard working and I feel like I was his friend when he was done with the job, he is the perfect figure of a good employee for a company such as yours, I only wish I could find employees like him.
I would reccomend zerorez but it has to be with Jarom Durfey. He is the hardest worker! He is honest, and a delight. He is why I will use zerorez again!
Several spots that i expected to be cleaned were not. That is the reason I am rating as a 8 instead of a 9 or 10.

I have a daughter with severe allergies, so the chemical free clean was a blessing. The cleaner was very friendly and professional! He worked quickly and gave me information about additional products that might interest me, especially having just moved in to a new home. I will definitely use zerorez again!

the service tech that did my home, his name is Jarom, was very professional and helpful. He protected the corners of my home as he pulled the hoses through. I really appreciated that. My carpet and couches and chairs seems to be very clean. I was a little taken aback that the price is was quoted over the phone didn't include the protection part and that it was considered extra. that fact made the final price a little higher than I had planned on, but what do you do, I felt that once it was clean it was important to protect it. I would recommend that this information be made known at the time of booking. For the most part I was very pleased. Thanks
My courteous, professional serviceman listened to what I wanted done and explained options. He was patient and flexible when I chose to add additional areas. He did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the drying time, and especially that there were no perfumes that trigger my allergies.
