I really appreciated your willingness to return and do some areas over. Your tech, Larry, was very patient with me and willingly went over the areas I wanted him to, as many times as I wanted him to. As a result, my carpet looks better than it has in quite some time. It really does make a difference to go over those high traffic/heavily soiled areas 3-5 times. I know it takes more time, but the results are worth it. Thank you.

I was the 3rd appt of the day and at 4:30pm I hadn't received a call when they would be showing up. So I had to call them back to find out if I was going to get my carpets done that day. They said a truck had broke down and they were going to be there soon.. It would have been nice to know that earlier in the day. I was waiting all day for them. They did come shortly after calling. I did wonder if they did hurry a bit more with the cleaning of the carpets and tile because it was late and a Friday night.

I trust what you guys say about your service. I don't think it is the cheapest but I think it might be the best.

Zerorez leaves no residue behind is why I like your services. I had my carpets cleaned by zerorez 2 years ago and my carpet stayed clean for a very long time after. Therefore no soap left behind to make it dirty again.

The commercials are true. Zerorez does not leave chemicals int he carpet.

Scheduling was very easy although it was a number of weeks out for a Saturday appointment. The technician was very friendly and courteous. The total cost was much, much higher than the on-line program estimated. It seemed misleading.

I like the system -- that it doesn't use chemicals, that it cleans well and dries quickly

within a week, the carpet looked dirty again. Whatever the fellow did, it is not long lasting and I am very disappointed. You could try again for free if you are serious about trying to make it right.

He didn't get my sofa clean so I cleaned it with scotch guard cleaner a few days later.

I returned to my rental house and it didn't look like the carpet had been touched. The carpet was still indented with furniture lines. Someone reschedule to come back this week, so maybe it will improve.

The only problem was that the young man doing the work--this was his first job--only trained before us. The man scheduled was sick so he got the job. Wife had to point out so of the areas he was missing.

Your employee arrived and was there promptly and he did a very professional job on my father-in-laws condo. He was vey courteous and friendly.

My cat and I are in a fight about the new litter box I got her. This fight is being taken out on my carpet. The technician was absolutely brilliant in getting the stains and smells out. They were able to go deep into the sub flooring rather than just dusting the top. I am so happy with the results!

The service technician was professional and left the carpets well cleaned. I liked that the carpets dried quickly without any crusty residue.

The carpet looks great, good job. I was a little surprised when the carpet cleaner said my L shaped hall was large and would require two cleaning fees. So I paid $40 for a hallway that was 1/5 the size of my small family room costing $35.

I got a call 2 days prior to my appointment saying that I would get a phone call at. 1pm on the day of my appointment letting me know what time I could expect them to be here for the job. I didn't get a phone call unti 4 pm telling me he was on his way. I wasted my whole afternoon waiting for the 1pm phone call that never came.
