George was so friendly and professional. He worked quickly and was thorough. He explained what was happening and the best way to clean spots when they happen.
The carpet looks so nice. It is a comfort to know there is no soap residue. I will only use Zerorez from now on. It is clearly superior to anything else.

Carpets stay cleaner, longer.
Our technician Bobby was extremely professioanl throughout the service. He explained the estimate and service he planned to perform,the final cost and job were as he explained. No surprises. He even saved us some money by letting us know that we did not need the pet treatment. That is excellent customer service in my opinion. My carpet looks better than when I moved in. Bobby is deffinately an asset to the company. I would highly recommened Zerorez and Bobby to any one thats has a need for carpet cleaning.

First attempt to have carpets cleaned was very unprofessional and never happened. Zero follow through, didn't call 2 days in advance and then when did show up didn't have the right equipment to do the job. Inconvenienced several people in the process, I said I would never use you, but gave you a second chance. Second time around the appointment staff were nice and helpful, but I was told that I was second in line the morning of August 30, but the cleaner didn't show up until 2pm. Again people waiting for me were put out. Then I get a call from my tenants on August 31 that the carpet was still wet and dirty, that the cleaner only stayed a total of 40 minutes for a five room condo and that they were astounded how filthy the carpets were. You market that carpets are dry in a couple of hours, so false. Now I have to pay for a second carpet cleaner to come out to my place in Pleasant Grove. Awful experience and one in which I will create a yelp account to talk about the bad service. Not to mention I paid $163.00 for this. My name is Name removed and I am not happy about this whole experience. If you were truly interested in customer service, you would refund my money and write me a letter of apology, but that will probably never happen. Now I know why you have "Zero" in your name, quite fitting.

It was easy to schedule. Technicians called and arrived when scheduled. Work was thorough and completed in less time than anticipated. Dog issues were addressed completely.

We waited and waited and waited and waited. No communication as to when your technician would be arriving even after we called. No one was helpful to help us know when someone would show up. Someone finally arrived early evening after we waited all day. What a waste of our day. No one likes waiting and not have any communication as to what is going on. The carpets looked good but I'm wondering if it was worth the wait.
