My carpets are 12 years old . They had dirt spots on the foot paths that came out.

The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was friendly and professional. He explained everything really well and worked quickly.
I was very much pleased with the inpowered water that was used to clean my carpet and kitchen tile floor, especially the tile floor! The technician did a great job,took his time to make sure that everything was clean from the spots in the carpet, he also removed such as a hard waxy residue that spilled onto the carpet, it all came out!! Very inpresed. My vents were also cleaned out.
I will definitly have Zerorez come again to do more cleaning on my furniture and basement stairs.
I highly recommend the techician Bobby Brown for his excellent work, he was very efficent and thourough. Very pleasant and easy to talk to.He answered what ever questions I asked.
With that being said I'm looking forward to having Zerorez making a return trip for more services. Thank You!
The service was way too expensive for the results. My rugs didn't come clean and I feel that I wasted my money completely on carpet cleaning. I also wanted to get my hard floors cleaned, but the estimate was just way too cost prohibitive and expensive. Although the service provider was very nice and professional, I would never call Zerorez again not would I recommend it to any of my friends.

Two of the three rooms have lines from the cleaning solution that aren't coming out with wet washcloths. Additionally, the hallway carpet looks much worse than before it was cleaned, with a large dark area like something was spilled on it during the cleaning process. These areas need to be redone.

Scheduling is something that I have had difficulty with as far as sensitivity to my needs goes. Last year I begged you to come ASAP on the day I was scheduled because I had a sick baby. The guy didn't show up until 7:00 pm right when I was trying to put my baby who had been throwing up all day to bed. This year I told you my unemployed husband had a job interview on Skype in the house and could not be disturbed from 1:00 to 2:30. You called and wanted to come at noon i said no and explained again. Then you called at 1:50 and asked to come in ten minutes. When my phone went to voicemail you showed up without my consent. Just frustrating that you aren't listening to customers' special circumstances. I realize it is hard to schedule everyone in different areas, but seriously, you have made it as difficult for me as possible.
I am not satisfied due to the carpet that was cleaned in the basement was still wet after 9hrs. So I called them and they brought in fan to speed up the drying. So it dries but it left the stink in the carpet/basement. And we can't redo it now because we already moved in the basement. I expected perfection the first time specially we paid a lot for it. And good follow up is a good courtesy.
