I can't believe how clean and fluffy the carpet is and I loved the two guys who did they work.

If the tech had asked to review the cleaning I would have pointed out some spots I wanted worked a little more

Your product couldn't be better and you techs always do a great job.

I have two different workers come. The first was polite and helpful. He offered me a discount on the stairs that were scheduled for the next week.

Then next week the worker that came was not pleasant. He told me my area was too large. Snobbish, know it all. Before I paid I asked him to measure the two room L shape and he found it was under the 400 sq ft requirement.

I had a neighbor call between times to get my feeling. I was very positive at that time. I would have to caution anyone now that it will depend on the worker.

It has been nearly 10 years since I last had my carpet clean and it was by your company. At that time I had to get a return as the worker didn't clean well.

This second worker took longer on the L shape room that the worker the week before did on the whole job. He had to leave to dump his water and was gone over 30 minutes despite my telling him the car wash was 3 minutes away. He seemed upset that the stairs were not included and asked to clean the bottom two steps to prove they were not cleaned right. He found it was just the color of the carpet. My floors were so wet it took much longer to dry.

It just may be another 10 years before I try your service again.

The carpet cleaning was great but George the carpet cleaner was the best! He was kind and courteous! He provides great service and was very efficient!! I would use them again.

Brandon was awesome. A few things had changed within company policy since the last time Zerorez had cleaned my carpets. I was not a pleasant person, to say the least. I even insisted on talking with a manager. Well, I must say, Brandon was very accommodating, patient and respectful while I spouted off my frustrations to the customer service manager, who was also very kind. Of course I had the carpets cleaned, and they look like new! Brandon did a marvelous job and truly went the extra mile. He deserves a raise !

The technicians are always professional and friendly. They are very respectful of my home and very helpful and explain things well. My carpets dry fast and are not sticky afterwards.

I was very happy with how my sofa turned out. When another company cleaned it a funky smell was left behind. After Zerorez cleaned the sofa, there was no odor left behind at all.

Polite technicians and excellent work

Everything was just fine except in my main living room there is a section that still has a big patch that still looks dirty.
They said it was because of the age of the carpet but it seems that rest of the carpet is just fine.
I don't know if you could of put more pre-soak on it and try again but that saddened me.
There is also a black spot that didn't come up either and I was hoping it would. He tried going over it again but nothing. I don't know if you don't have stain removers or not but these 2 things are in our main living room.
The men were very nice and respectful so that was Not a problem at all.
I was just saddened by the 2 things I talked about.
My carpets look a 100 times better than before. Name removed

The people that came to my house were very courteous and did a great job! I love that there's no residue or chemicals.

my first appointment was scheduled for a wednesday morning at 10. at 10:30 I called and was told the tech was running late and would be there by 12. I said that was fine but I had to be finished by 2. then at 1 I called and the person I talked to said she had no record of these first two conversations I had and that my appointment was for 2. so unfortunately no notes were taken from the first 2 phone calls conversations I had. This is frustrating because I scheduled time to be at my home at 10 am and then had to end up canceling the appointment. thats half a day wasted. I did reschedule for the following day at 3:30 and the tech finally showed up around 6PM

Spots out and excellent employee (Chris).

They get out the tough stains. Guys seem to go the extra mile.

The staff is very friendly and I like that there are no chemicals used.

Great customer service. Technician was very nice and professional. He was quick and efficient and was great to explain what he was doing. My flooring was left very clean and all spots were removed. Happy customer!
