There are new stains on my most expensive carpet and there was drops left on my hardwood floors that left red stains. I contacted the company to get a fix and no one will contact me back. Very disappointed.

Wonderful job at cleaning my carpets! The technician was very prompt and communicated well when he was coming. Explained things well and went over my carpets with me beforehand and talked about them and my desires. He was efficient and thorough. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again
Very friendly and did great work
I’ve been using these guys for over 20 years. They show up on time and communicate wonderfully. They do a thorough and excellent job. My carpets are super clean and have no residue. (The technician turned on the lights in each room as he worked, which I didn’t mind at all but please remember to turn out the lights when finished, so I don’t need to walk on wet stairs and wet carpets to turn them off!.😄)
Service was quick and tech was great. They did it all with out me there to save my time that day.
