Greatest Company to work with! Easy online scheduling, the technicians take care in saving the corners of your wall by placing corner savers, love the carpet cleaning products they use, and the protectant for my area rugs.
They were punctual and got everything done in half the time I was originally quoted. They also cleaned an extra room for me at no extra charge
You should allow the workers to move some furniture.

Two rugs that I thought were stained beyond salvage came clean!!!
The last agent left a resdue on part the hardwood floors. Have not been able to remove the resdue from the floor

Get your ducks in a row. I first called and they told me that no one could come until after March 9th which was about two weeks from when I called. I then called again and the next person found an available time to clean only two days from when I called in.
After it was cleaned I got a message from another person asking if we wanted to moved forward with getting a quote and a cleaning.
Everybody was super nice but nobody seems to be seeing the notes or reading their calendars or whatever kind of system you use.
