My carpets were disgusting, but truly, and now my whole house feels fresh. With two sick kids and an old dog my carpets were covered in messes. I was attempting to clean them up myself but it quickly became overwhelming since it still never felt clean. Everywhere felt gross and unhealthy so I called and they came quick - an hour later! I didn’t even bother to move all the big furniture, they just cleaned around it - so easy and worth it. The carpets were mostly dry within a few hours! I’m so glad I called, it was the best stress release. The technician was great, non-judgmental, and thorough. We added on the bacteria treatment and now I feel confident letting my baby play on the floor. The before and after photos are shocking. Thank you Noah!

I will be calling Monday morning. I am so frustrated. We kept everyone out of the basement to allow it to dry since we paid what ended up being an extra $600 to treat it. We pointed out 3 spots we wanted treated for pet issues. He say she found 7 total he needed to special treat with a board. Now those three spots that were maybe a foot wide are 4 feet by 2 feet. He spread the mess! It smells worse than when he started. The carpet is 6 months old...it shouldn't have been that bad or that hard. So disappointed. We've used your company before....this is not what we expected. I want a truck out as soon as possible to redo the basement. We've certainly paid enough for that to be covered to be done correctly and honestly. So disgusted and upset!
This was a situation due to my lack of ability to be on top of cleaning our home after a brain tumor. I expressed how important it was to have a clean home for Christmas as the tumor is back and I wanted a beautiful and clean space to enjoy what could possibly be my last Christmas. It's like he heard that I have a difficulty and took advantage and that is what I will tell everyone I know if this isn't addressed better.

I find the cleaning process to work well. Carpet dries relatively quickly and the work is good. The technicians are courteous and work quickly. Costs are discussed upfront and I feel well-informed.

My most recent technician, Maddie, did an excellent job. She was polite, knew her work well, and was very professional.
