It was pretty clean but smelled like a wet dog. I was surprised there wasn’t some sort of deodorizer or pleasant smell.

I felt like the technician cut corners. No corner protection, walls and baseboards marked up from hoses. Previous services involved pile lift prior to extraction, not this time. I had a recliner cleaned which was very lightly soiled. The fabric didn’t get completely rinsed leaving it hard and crusty in places. The technician was pleasant so it may be just a lack of training? I’m willing to pay well for excellent service but was very disappointed this time.

had to come back 4 times to fix the mess they caused. Stain grew worse. After the fourth time the manager came out and fixed the issue. My son also called to have you come out and clean their carpet and a mess as the carpet smells bad after it was cleaned it. They paid extra because of the stains, They did not come back out and stated he needed new carpet . THE HOUSE IS 5 Years old and carpet was new when it was installed! I called to have manager call me back never did. I have since told all never to use your services.

I was so pleased with the outcome of how my carpet looked. I had it done in 2018 by Zerorez and for some reason it looks better now than it did when then cleaned it in 2018.I know that have added another technique.I know we did add ons, like urine stains and we did the extra stain protector at the end. But I was seriously considering replacing my carpet and we were just going to do the basic until the beginning of the year when we would replace it, but it looked so good and the guy was so helpful! I may have spend $400 (with the add on's) but I saved thousands because now I don't feel the need to replace it!

Zerorez made an old area rug look great and gave it a lot of new life.

When I called for quote, I mentioned the rooms and hallways I needed done, thinking the stairs were part of the hallway. The day of cleaning, I was working so my wife let the technician in. He did not inform my wife he wasn’t going to clean the stairs or offer to add them for an additional cost. So now I have clean hallways and dirty stairs, which arguably needed it the most.

I understand there’s no guarantee that the carpet will be perfectly clean, but I also felt like the few relatively minor stains that I had would have come out completely had more attention been paid to them, but they remained after cleaning.

They are always on time and do such a good job. I like that your company does't saturate the carpet with water. They use corner protection and the prices are very resonable.
