The carpets look great. He could not get out spots I was hoping for; however, I knew it might be that way. I am so happy I had them come and clean my carpets.

It is very confusing to sign up for service online. It asked for square feet. Like I know.
I have the same service done every 6 months and the price varies wildly from $450 to $800 depending on who comes. Why can't I have consistency?
I have used Zero Rez for many years. They are prompt, efficient and thorough. They seem to always get the stains out of our carpets and afterwards they feel so much softer and brighter. I like the Zero Rez does not use soap which allows the carpets to get dirty quicker.

Our service technician came on time explained what he was going to do very well. He was efficient and friendly. When he left our carpets looked so much better. I would definitely refer my friends to Zerorex for carpet cleaning. It is the best job on carpets I have had done in a very log time.

Our technician was prompt and thorough.
We had our entire carpets cleaned, but unfortunately after the carpets dried, the odor did not leave the carpet. When I called to inquire why the carpet cleaning didn’t remove the odor of the carpet they said I didn’t purchase the odor treatment but the odor treatment is only for pet urine. So you guys sent another member of your team out where I showed the places where the carpet stunk the most and he said a second cleaning probably won’t help but he could spray deodorizer. I had him at least re-clean our stairs, which improved the smell quite a bit. After he finished he said that was the best they probably could do. A carpet cleaning company that can’t even get carpets smelling nice after two visits is not a very good carpet company and it sounds like the employees don’t believe in their product very well either. Would not recommend to anyone else because when we ordered the carpets cleaned it was to make them smell nice, which did not happen, so are they really clean? Not sure what your satisfaction guarantee is but we are not satisfied at all after paying a large sum of money to clean our carpets of the house we purchased. Making it right would be to come clean it so it is actually clean and smells nice, which according to your employee wouldn’t help, or to refund the money so we can use it to pay a competent carpet cleaning company that will do it right.
