I guess I feel that for the price, it just seems meh. The carpet felt a little crispy. We have some stains still unfortunately which I had hoped would disappear. I don’t know if some of them are the ones he warned had a .1% chance of surfacing after the pet treatment, but it detracts from the overall experience. Also, one small nick on a bookcase. Corner guards should be on furniture, too, if needed, not just walls and banisters. Also, the stairs were still wet over 24 hours later. Technician was very nice and polite. I found it very odd and was surprised that he wore his street shoes the whole time including when you go over the freshly cleaned carpet at the end. My husband feels it was money wasted.

Worker missed a single step that is super high traffic and dirty and part of our living room, but was missed. Otherwise work was great, but would appreciate if he came back and did that quickly.
It was easy to schedule on line and the service was provided as scheduled and expected.
All in all, it was a seamless transaction from start to finish.
Technician explained use of different products to remedy the "pet issue" concluding with a protectant product that he explained was harmful to birds if there were any in the home. Important to know if I had pet birds.
Availability was great, got on their schedule the next day!

He worked until I was totally satisfied. Even with the stubborn stains that he couldn't remove, he was very earnest in trying to remove them and was honest when he wasn't able to remove it.

I want a refund. I had to end up tearing up the carpet. At first it looked ok, but then after a day it didn't look like the tech even cleaned the carpet. Then they came and cleaned my air vents and left dust everywhere in the basement and the heaters air filter was full of debris they didn't clean out!!

I don't normally complain even if I don't like something. We had the downstairs apartment carpets cleaned and the staircase cleaned. When the person was done, we left when he left so the carpets had a chance to dry. When we came back 6 hours later the stair smelled so bad! It smelled like dirt and a wet dog smell and so did the room next to the stairs. It was like the carpet in these areas got enough water to bring up the smell but not enough to clean them. There was no smell before they got wet. The other carpets I was told was not very dirty but the dirt and ware in the doorways looked just as bad as before they were cleaned. After they were 90% dry they actually looked dirtier than before they were cleaned. The first time we used Zerorez everything was great but sorry to say this time I felt like I wasted almost $300.00. Sorry for my honesty. The person who cleaned them was very nice, but he actually cleaned everything in under 30 minutes.
Employee was polite and respectful of our home and took precautions to avoid any possible harm to our home. Very helpful in explaining the procedures that he was taking to ensure that the job was done correctly.
