The carpet is very stiff and not soft after
Your equipment was nice, carpet dried quickly the carpet was not spot cleaned where it needs to be and other that don’t know if the carpets age had anything to do with the dullness or not the technicians were

We love Zerorez! My carpets are noticeably cleaner, they dry quickly, they stay cleaner longer because there is no soap residue left in them to attract dirt, and it is very economical.
Our technician did an amazing job! Our carpets are the cleanest they have ever been with Zerorez or the other company we tried once. He was courteous and explained everything very well. I’ve been so happy with how all the carpets turned out!
