Daryl was great. I paid for the deep pet removal service which was very expensive. It’s 48 hours since he was here and it just barely dried and the urine smell is still there and it’s discolored the carpet.

our carpets had waves in them after they had been cleaned. I called the office to find out that
they were aware of this possibility and it's causes.
It would be helpful if the technician could tell us before he leaves that when the carpet dries, these waves would lie flat eliminating my concern and having to call.

I had a white and grey area rug cleaned by your company and frankly it looks just as dirty as when you started...you associate said he couldn't get it clean...that just sounded absurd to me...I thought getting rugs clean was the point...he basically said he did everything he could and wouldn't come clean.

Very clean
After my tenants moved out, the carpet was dirty and smelled like animals. Suffice it to say that I was worried for my carpets. However, Caleb came out and did a fantastic job. He was quick, efficient, and did a wonderful job getting everything cleaned. Not only would I hire ZeroRez (and Caleb) back again, but I will also be making recommendations to others!

The tech did a good job on what we needed done. The down side was two days after the rain storm came and we flooded. The room we cleaned was flooded again.
Carpet is not left soaked
Technician Lane was courteous, knowledgeable and capable. It’s a most pleasant experience to walk on a clean carpet with bare feet!
what I liked best was Brooklyn who did the work for me on the carpets. she arrived on time and went right to work. she made my carpets look new and they were in bad shape. she took pride in her work as though they were her carpets.. I scheduled a follow up service. I am asking that you send Brooklyn not someone else, although I am sure that others do good work also,.
