I wish there was a more specific time frame to choose from. other than that the technician was professional and our carpets are cleaned and dried in a good amount of time.
Our carpets don't look like they've been cleaned. The tech said frize' carpets don't clean up well. Very disappointing.
Fast, easy, and I was wowed by the results! I had tried to clean our furniture and it left terrible rings on our ottoman and arms of the chair. Zerorez got them out, and our furniture looks like new again!

Have used Zerorez several times and really liked it, all but two times ago. This newest worker, Johnny, did a wonderful job. The time before, who ever it was, did not do a really good job, for me or my neighbor.

Arrived on time. Explained what you would be doing. Worked in a timely manner. Afterwards, you explained what you had done and what you had noticed and if there was any problems. The carpet and furniture dried quickly. Very pleased with the results. have used you for several years and will use you again.

I found it ironic that I called to have my carpets cleaned because of animal odors. And when I called back to report that the odors were still there, I was told that animal odors are not guaranteed. The people I've talked to and who came to my house were pleasant, no complaints there. But not covering pet odors. What the heck?
They were very professional and reasonably priced. I like that there isn’t a soapy residue afterwards. I used them for my carpets and area rugs.
