Everything went well except the cleaning crew did not wear shoe protectors and tracked dirt onto the clean area.
I have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning for years and have always been very satisfied with the service. This time I needed a white couch and chair cleaned that were recovered over 25 years ago. I was told the couch was silk and the chair was satin. I had them cleaned before by other companies but was not very happy. This time I asked the Zerorez technician if they would consider cleaning them. She was concerned but did a test spot on the back of a cushion at my request. It was amazing!!! When she finished, it looks like I have a new couch and chair. I don't believe they looked better when they were new!! I highly recommend Zerorez for furniture as well as carpet.

I've always been impressed by the service. I still am. I did think it was a little pricey. Also I thought I was getting the pet treatment, but I was getting a "pet assessment". I knew I wanted the pet treatment and I really thought it was in my pricing, because I put it in.. so there was some confusion. I almost felt a little deceived.

The technicians really work hard to get those stains out! Our carpets are about 25 years old, and it's amazing what a good cleaning can do.
Completely missed a section of the carpet i had asked to be cleaned. Feel overcharged for the poor quality he did.

The room still smelled like dogs; the carpet didn't look any different (very apparent where the area rug usually covers), and he didn't even try to get out the stain in the hallway that I pointed out. I will not be going with zerorez again.
The carpet wasn’t crusty when dry
Sean and Ren were awesome. Quick but thorough and helped with another area that a competitor did that was less than optimal. Carpets look new again and have the bounce back in them.
