Thank you for coming back a second time when we had issues with our initial cleaning. Ethan and his crew fixed the spots and areas that weren’t cleaned properly.

My technician was excellent. She called me and then came early, walked the job with me to check out challenges and got right to work. Her work was top notch. The thing I really like is how quickly the carpet dries afterwards and how clean my old carpet was when completed.

Our carpets cleaned beautifully and dried quickly. Our technician was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and he was finished cleaning in no time. We are very happy with the service we received.

Technician was great

I had an interesting experience. I’ve used several carpet cleaners in the past. Love Cleaning, Chem Dry, TruRinse and now ZeroRez.

I was pretty excited to try ZeroRez. Our house is fairly clean and we don’t wear shoes in it ever. We do have a dog, but non shedding and confined upstairs only.

My house had 2 bedrooms up and a basement, stairs and 2 rooms down.

The initial clean was just ok, but I noticed two rooms actually appeared worse after the initial cleaning and called for a reservice. It was honestly like stuff had been smeared around and not cleaned. It also smelled super musty and unclean. I would highly recommend a fragrance of sorts to help. Understanding though that might not be doable.

I called for a reservice and they came out again to redo the two rooms upstairs. And touch up a few areas downstairs. Night and day difference. It was almost like the first clean didn’t use hot water or something. Not sure. I spent $350 for my total cleaning service. Ultimately, loved the service techs and their professionalism, but not so hot on the cleaning.

Kinda makes me question if my downstairs was even done correctly but don’t have the energy and time to have a total redo down there.

Quality service, prompt and efficient technician

I liked the way he gave me information about how things work and what I should expect.

Quality work. We have used Zerorez several times and they have never disappointed us. The technician was friendly and did a great job.

Technician arrived on time and was very thorough with cleaning the carpets. He went over the more heavily soiled areas multiple times. They look much better than before he started.

The cleaning is okay but way over priced for what you get. I had 10x12 area rug and 3 6 foot long runners and it was $360

Great Service. I had some spots come up after the carpet dried and you came back to treat them at no cost which I really appreciated.

Spend more time cleaning high traffic areas such as doorways, in front of seating areas. Not leave carpet so wet that it doesn’t dry in 24 hours.

I have been using you for several years!! my carpets look brand new after you clean them! The man that came out this last time did the best job I’ve ever had done and have requested him to always come from now on! I have very light carpet and all spots were removed. My stairs were exceptional! there have been times in the past where the carpet was left too wet, but this last time they were dry in a very short time! my appointments have always been right on time and appreciate the several reminders of my appointment coming up. Zerorez leaves zero opportunity for any other company to be used in my home!!
