Clean and timely
Very professtional service. Convenient to have the carpet dry so quickly. Mattie did a great job cleaning the carpets and answering all of my questions. Will ask for her again when I want my husband's recliner cleaned soon. Thanks for the reminder card in the mail.
No soap residue. Our service men were very courteous and attentive. Shaun and Steven (I think?) did such a great job upselling services without being pushy. Carpets and couches look great.

Explain your WAIVER better so customers fully understand what they are signing. Also, make sure pet owners fully understand that you CAN NOT remove pet stains. Your black light procedure is very deceiving and manipulative for customers to pay out EXTRA money for what they will not get!!! When customers call you back because a stain is still visible through a black light and find out they have to pay AGAIN for something that could never be removed in the first place!! Very disappointed in this company and will NEVER use them again!!

We had our tile cleaned and sealed. After the first round, the results were not what we expected. The management at Zerorez went above and beyond by returning to our home and working until we were satisfied with the results. They returned several times to improve the outcome and to perform spot checks and to make sure it was satisfactory for us. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a company that’s done as much to make sure their client was happy and satisfied. Overall, they did a really good job on our floors, helped educate and set realistic expectations with the results, and resolved concerns.

3x Repeat customer on prior properties. Cleaned 3600 sq ft old house we bought, about 15 years old. Tech was professional and personable. He did a great job assembling the job order and pricing while we walked the house. Surfaces cleaned: carpet, tile, concrete. After the treatments, that old musty ambience was gone. A++ quality
