I have been using you for several years!! my carpets look brand new after you clean them! The man that came out this last time did the best job I’ve ever had done and have requested him to always come from now on! I have very light carpet and all spots were removed. My stairs were exceptional! there have been times in the past where the carpet was left too wet, but this last time they were dry in a very short time! my appointments have always been right on time and appreciate the several reminders of my appointment coming up. Zerorez leaves zero opportunity for any other company to be used in my home!!

The technician spent more time telling me how he could get high traffic areas clean than he did trying to clean them. He could have spent more time and made greater effort.

My carpet cleaning experience was excellent. My technician, Carson, was communicative throughout the process. Scheduling was simple and I got just the right amount of reminders. We had some puppy pee treated and it eliminated all odors. I highly recommend ZeroRez.

The cost for my rug and couch were high, the technician left streaks on my couch that I can't get out and the few first spots on my couch didn't change- the couch was worse than it was before they cleaned it. The technician left water stains all over my hardwood floors, caused heat damage, and then scratched the floors with his tools. I had to ask the tech to wear shoe coverings after he walked in dirty sneakers on my white rug. The company tried to make it right by doing a reclining but the damage I mentioned was not resolved.

That we don’t have to worry about cleaning our dirty carpets!

Landon service guy was very informative and did a great job

Fresh clean and friendly.

He did a very poor job. High traffic areas are difficult I know, but he left them spotty (like he didn't scrub with consistent pressure) and minimal improvement.

We were happy with the technician who did the cleaning. He was very happy and engaging and seemed to enjoy his work. He did a good job as well.
