This is an apartment. It is the exact same size as previous one you have done but because the living room was divided in two you charged us for another room. Also it is a little frustrating that you charge a full hallway charge when the hallway in this apartment is probably a third of what you would find in a home. We clean the carpet in these 15 apartments at least once a year.. you would think we could get a little better pricing.

Make customer more aware that you are an ‘eco’ company and don’t do stain removal from high traffic area with chemicals. Our service was excellent - professional, timely and friendly. Ironically, the end product looked a bit better after drying. Our carpets were old and stained; our expectations were maybe somewhat unreasonable.
In our guest bedroom upstairs, we have very expensive drapes hanging in the window. I gave very clear directions that they were not to be moved. I thought that the young man cleaning the carpets understood my direction because he stated: "They would not be a problem, he would clean around them." When we went back to that room to look at the carpet, the drapes had been moved and bunched up so as they were sitting in the windowsill. I was very worried that the wrinkles would not come out. There is also a brown stripe from wall to wall in that same room.
I did not reach out sooner because I was going into the hospital to have knee surgery.
