The carpets and kitchen tile was great !However we also had a love seat and 3 cushion couch cleaned and we were disappointed at the outcome. We will use Zerorez again, but not for shampooing furniture.

Miya was very communicative on when she would arrive, what was going to happen. What she suggested for my couch and rug was no more than what I had been doing already. I paid extra for a pet treatment. A few hours after the technician left my house smelt like a farm and my carpet was crunchy! I called and spoke to multiple people including a manager. They were supposed to call me back about a refund and nobody called me back! Terrible follow through and communication
The Zerorez technicians Dallin and Jared were very professional. They explained to me everything they were going to do. Also, asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I was very happy with the service they provided. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to family and friends.

Rooms look great. Slightly disappointed with the stairs. That why I decided to get my carpets cleaned and the stairs still looked off. You could still see dirty footsteps carpet in rooms were beautifully clean.
