Showed up on time and did the job efficiently and quickly. The carpet and price were great! The technician was very polite and thorough with the carpets.
Parker was my technician. He was very nice and professional. There were several pet spots that he pre-treated, but when it dried they were worse and bigger than before the carpet was cleaned. He came back a second time and again was very nice and professional. He pre-treated the areas again and I am waiting the 72 hours, as instructed, for the rug to completely dry before I make my judgement. Parker said that if the spots do not come out he will notify his manager and make a plan going forward. If the spots come out I would give it a 10 rating.

There was sooo much dog hair and dust and dander in the carpets and there's still a few stains not too mention that the carpet is still wet the next day at 927pm... awful results considering how much it cost and was refused a refund without a rescheduled cleaning which would put me out another day and considering you didn't get it done right the first time why would I want you doing it again

We have used your service for many years
Stained in rooms that were not before our carpets were cleaned, it looks like the water/cleaners were not appropriate extracted. My number one concern was smell and today it smells worse, hopefully that improves as some spots are still damp. $1190 was a complete waste of money at this point. I understand our carpets are older but didn’t expect your service to leave us in far worse condition.
