The guy was in too much of a hurry, he didn't clean the water spots, afterwards. Which the Wife was upset about. I mentioned it to the individual, but his cleaning was 1/2 Assed!

We appreciate the result with carpets not being sopping wet and being clean.
We were so happy with our service from zerorez. We had our whole house cleaned and pet treated. The carpets and rug were bright and clean and dried really quickly. The service tech was great at explaining the service and working efficiently and thoroughly.
Josh did a great job on getting our chair clean. I really appreciate his efforts, on all of it.

My carpets are really clean. The technician was fabulous. He was very particular on his detail cleaning. He even fixed an issue from another tech who came last year. I am scheduled to have Zerorez return next August 2027. I sure hope the technician who came yesterday can come back for a repeat of his meticulous work. He is fantastic! Thank you!

I would absolutely, and often do, recommend zerorez to anyone I know in need of carpet cleaning, with the caveat that they need to plan on it being more expensive than the online quote is.

Zerorez is our go to carpet cleaner. They are always prompt, courteous and competent. This last week we had a wedding in our family and remembered at the last minute that we needed out carpets to be cleaned. I was able to schedule them for next day service! Very helpful!

We are very pleased with the way our carpets were cleaned. They did a VERY good job. It made a very big difference.
I have used your services multiple times and have been very happy. Unfortunately, this time the carpet doesn't look as clean as is usually does. It's definitely getting older but it's only been a year since it was last cleaned. This time is barely looks like it was cleaned. I will probably look for a different company in the future or hope you guys do a better job like the last 3 times I used your services.
