Our carpet looks great! Our technician was very courteous and friendly, and he really wanted to make sure we were happy with the results. He did a great job!

Zerorez was successful cleaning our carpets. The carpets are 33+ years old. The master bedroom and suite with its white carpet turned out looking brand new again. Patti did a 10+ job.

Carpets came out looking better than expected

Even with a deal we spent over $500 4 rooms a hallway and stairs. They spend a few hours one cleaning. One room was heavily soiled I do feel they didn’t really try to lift the stains but chalked it up to I can come back and you will pay more and we can try again. Today my wife used a mixed of hydrogen peroxide and soap and used it on the spots and they are all gone. The room in question was the priority for us but it seemed to get bare minimum and then an upcharge. I do have pictures of the after zerorez and then after my wife. Given the price and other companies I would try someone else next time.

The gentleman was very good but the price was a bit high! Thinking they hammer you if you have a pet! Stain removal 85.00 a pop? Ouch!

Great service

We use zerorez because my husband used to work there but im getting more and more disappointed with the results every time This last go we had to have some urine treated and it looked soooo bad when it dried. My husband suggested we go over it once or twice with just our own machine and water. I went it over it twice and the spot came right up. It was extracted properly. I think the techs just rush so much since they are paid by the job and it really affects the outcome

My carpets feel cleaner with Zerorez. The worker who came out was coaching/training a new employee. I could overhear him explaining how to do a great job on the stairs. He got out a tough rust stain in the exercise room. I am pleased with the results.

I like that no harmful chemicals are used to clean my carpets.

Darryl was so kind. A perfect guest in our home. What made him stand out was his candor. He stood behind his service but informed me up front and early into the cleaning process that additional self/spot cleaning may be needed for the pet, coffee, wear and tear on the apostry. He easily could have sold us a false bill of goods. He was honest, humble and professional.

⭐ Very disappointed — My carpets look exactly the same.
I just had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez yesterday, and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the results. I paid almost $400 and I honestly feel like I got nothing out of the service. I feel scammed.
The technician was nice and professional when he arrived. He went over the areas I specifically wanted cleaned, including the high-traffic areas in my living room, my stairs, and a couple of other spots. I have three rooms, some stairs, and a very small hallway. I also paid to have an ottoman cleaned.
The actual cleaning took about a little over an hour. The technician even told me that my carpet was in really good condition, which makes sense because the carpet is only about two years old. I've also had other companies tell me that my carpet is in good condition. I wasn't expecting some miracle—I simply wanted the dirt and stains removed from the few high-traffic areas that needed attention.
Unfortunately, the dirt and stains are still there. The high-traffic areas in my living room still look dirty, the stairs still look the same, and the stains on the ottoman were not removed at all. After the carpet dried overnight, I looked at everything again, and honestly, the carpet pretty much looks the same as it did before it was cleaned.
At the end of the service, the technician sprayed the Scotchgard that I had requested. I was then supposed to stay off the carpet for two to three hours. The carpets were also still wet, so I couldn't really walk around and inspect everything properly. By that point, he had already packed up most of his equipment and was getting ready to leave.
He did ask me if there was anything else he could do because he wanted to make sure he got a good review. I told him he was free to go because, at that point, I didn't think there was anything else he could do and I couldnt walk around to inspect it. What little i could see was wet, which changes color of carpet. I don't know why but l would have felt weird asking him to completely re-clean everything after he had already finished, sprayed the Scotchgard, and packed up his equipment. I should have though because now I still need to clean my carpets.

So I don't necessarily blame the technician personally. My issue is with the company's cleaning process, equipment, and the results they are providing. USE SOAP! I later learned that Zerorez doesn't use soap in their cleaning process, and after seeing the results—or lack of results—I really don't understand how that is supposed to get the dirt out of high-traffic carpet areas. You just ran water over my carpet.

What also really bothered me was being asked for a tip at the end. The payment screen asks for a tip while the technician is standing there watching you complete the transaction. I ended up leaving a tip that I honestly wish I hadn't left. I felt pressured to do so. I think it is unprofessional for this kind of business to ask for tips when you don't even move furniture. I'm already paying $360 for a carpet cleaning service, I don't think I should be put in the position of feeling pressured to leave an additional tip—especially when the service didn't produce the results I paid for.
Everyone seems to expect a tip these days, but I don't understand asking customers to tip after they've already paid such a high amount for a service.
I also started reading more reviews afterward and saw quite a few other people describing experiences very similar to mine, including poor results and saying it was one of the worst carpet-cleaning experiences they've had. That's my fault for not reading those reviews before booking. I definitely would have reconsidered.

I paid almost $400, and my carpets still look essentially the same with stains in traffic areas. I could have done a better job with my Bissell but was hoping professional service would be better.
Zerorez is not a company I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service and excellent service overall. I've used Zerorez many times, and I will continue to use them! I know that my carpets and sofas will be cleaned very well and that there will be no weird residue following a cleaning!
