The associate was absolutely sweet and did exactly what we asked. The carpets look amazing and we have a rather large dog (130lbs) as well as a cat. It was fantastic.
I like the fact that you don't use soap and water. However I was charged for disposal of such. I have never been charged
for such a thing. EVER! However I am very pleased with how clean my carpet becomes. D Nelsonn
I think your suggestions that drying time should be increase days not hours. I have found that especially in my basement it took several days to dry and the technician that came the first time did not mention this.
There are no chemicals in the cleaning process which I'm very sensitive to.

It was very fast and the technician was very good. The carpet has stayed clean so far (other place the did it, it was dirty again within 2 weeks). On problem, one of the corners going to the basement was kind of scraped when the stairs were being done.
It is the only carpet cleaning service to be able to get all the soil out of my carpet, and it is fast.

I spent $820 to get my carpet cleaned. The smell came back a few days later. The technician came back and told me the odor was coming from the pad and there was nothing he could do, and that was why pet odor was not guaranteed. I wasn't aware of how big a risk I was taking.
