No residue
I had grease stains on my exercise room due to my treadmill getting broken. With your system, the stains were still there. I had to bring my own natural cleaner and remove the stains. I used it 3 times and voila it was gone. Also I was hoping that the odor from urine was going to be gone in one corner, but it's still there. I like the fact that the carpets are clean in general and that you only use water to leave no residue. But for the big stains like paint, nail polish or grease, your system is not that good. On a good note you did give me a discount of $25 because I mentioned that I had to use my cleaner and I actually was the one scrubbing the stains away. The guy who came was very nice, polite and clean. He made sure about protecting the corners of the house from the big hose. He did his job with what you have.
Maybe you would like to learn what did I use to remove the grease spots and paint. It's natural based and doesn't leave residue etiher.
Friendly techs and the carpet looks great when they are finished.
When your workers came to do our carpet they failed to follow protocol. They just came in put water on the carpet and vacuumed it up. The dirty spots were not affected at all. They said they could not do it any better. We were very dissatisfied. We have already talked to your head manager and she has given us a refund of the carpet area they did. That did ease some of the dissatisfaction.
The carpet is more than ten years old, but Zerorez breathes new life into it! I am never disappointed with the results. Among my things to be grateful for this Thanksgiving--clean carpets!
The technician was not very friendly and he said that the carpets would dry in 3 hours. They were wet all day.

From the first phone call to set up our appointment through the entire cleaning, the team of people were fantastic. They explained everything they were doing, the details about the products they were using, and even declined to clean an item because they were not certified to clean the material. Very fast and effective
The gentleman who came was very pleasant, kind and caring. He did a great job on flat surface carpeting, however, the stairs did not come clean as we would have expected they would. He explained it was because they were somewhat worn. They are not torn or loose. They are a berber carpent. I'm going to try OxiClean on them myself to see if I can remove the dirt spots. Thank you !!

Our appointment was scheduled to be the second appointment of the day. I was told to expect the technician between 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. I was called at 9:30 to be told they wouldn't come till 1:00 p.m. At 1:00 I was called to be told that it would be more like 3:00 p.m. At 4:20 I was called to be told that they were coming in 45 minutes. The technician didn't come until 5:30 p.m. I did not feel like I was a priority. I had also taken several hours off of work to be there when the technician was supposed to come. I ended up taking the whole day off of work. There should never have been a 8 hour difference in discrepancy for when I was told the technician would come. I also felt that at that time of night the technician was more worried about getting home and getting done quickly.
We've never had this problem before. When I called to speak with the business at 5:20, the individual who spoke with me on the phone apologized but acted as if she didn't care. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen.
Our technician was AMAZING, so friendly and efficient and positive. And he managed to remove stains we thought would be there forever.
My carpet was very very clean. I loved that there was no residue.
After doing an almost perfect job on my carpet last year, the serviceman mentioned they also did tile and they could make it look like new. So after an almost $500 payment, I came home to discover that my tile hardly looked any better. We had cleaned the tile first and removed all the furniture. The workers really seemed disinterested in their job that Monday morning. Maybe the Monday blues, but I missed cleaning up two very small raspberry jam spots on the tile and they missed it too and even sealed over it. Now the tile looks like it is covered in a light cloudy film and the grout is maybe 20% cleaner than before they started.
High recommendation for carpet cleaning.
But tile? Stay far far away.
I have spoken to Mandy and hoping that they make things right that have been damage. A credit would be nice with all the time and trouble along with the disappointment.

I like the fact that it does not use harsh soap or chemicals so that my carpet does not have a residue on it to attract the dirt. The service seems to last longer because of that. I have used your service before but I had tremendous results this time because of Wendi. She took a lot of time and was extremely thorough. My carpets have never looked so good after a cleaning! Thank you Wendi! You were the Best!!
