Tech was very careful, aware of the area he had to bring his equipment thru. Carpet smells clean- was a little wetter than I expected, but everyone is commenting how much better it looks
The carpet was soaked after cleaning. I called the office three times and left messages, and never received a call back. It took 40 hours for the carpet to completely dry. I'll never use ZeroRes again.

The representative, Isaiah, that cleaned our tile and our carpets not only knocked a picture frame over, knocked things by my sink over in opening a window, didn't put the vent covers back, he also got water in my duct work and in my basement and didn't put my rugs back. Upon noticing all of the above I quickly called to notify his superiors. Nicki I that I spoke with said they would have a team lead, Jarom, come out that same day at 2pm. No one showed up I was very disappointed. At 2:50 when there was still no call or Jarom at my home I called again and spoke with the supervisor Maria. She told me Nicki was suppose to have called and told me that 2 pm wouldn't work. At this point I was so utterly disappointed that with everything that had gone wrong I was not more of a priority. Numerous calls later and having to have neighbors pick up my kids from school so I could wait for Jarom whom never showed I was done. Maria contacted me one last time and I told her that I would fix the water in my duct work myself and I would NEVER EVER use their services again. Her reply wad that she didn't want our family to have a bad experience with Zerorez and would talk to the General manager and get back to me the next day. That was yesterday and I still haven't heard from the company. 100% satisfaction guarantee? I think not. I will never refer anyone to this business. Poor customer service, dedication, and general respect. Unfortunate.
My carpets were very well done and the service was great. Manuel took his time to walk around with my wife and show her where the dog per stains were and explained the best way to fix that issue. Thank you!
The serviceman did a thorough job, was efficient,friendly, careful with my belongings, and came on time. A coupon was honored, and the price was reasonable.

Previous carpet cleaning had left much residue in my carpet, after I began useing Zerorez all the old residue that was making my carpet look dark in areas is now looking like new.

I thought you did a great job on my carpets. Very happy with that. However, VERY disappointed in the quality of work on my tile floor. For how expensive it was there should have been a lot more care taken in how you complete the process. They used so much water on the floor and let it sit so long that all my baseboards are totally wet and warped. They bumpbed into my baseboards with the machine and took big chunk out areas and scraped other parts and my cupboards. A day later my island wood and many areas of baseboard were still wet. Also, there are several tiles that got the corners chipped off. I am very upset and would never recommend zerorez to anyone in fact many of my neighbors have asked about them since they saw the truck in front of my house. I will go out of my way to tell people to never use zerorez. I called the next day to complain and was told someone would call me back and come fix the problem. No one has called and the damage is done! ALL my baseboards are WARPED! I don't know how that can be fixed.
Your tech was promo and did a thorough job. He also was very polite and knowledgeable.

We've been customers for over 15 years and have had our carpets cleaned regularly by Zerorez, We've also had furniture and air ducts cleaned. We have always had excellent results and excellent service from the technicians. We wouldn't think of using any other company!

This is our second time using Zerorez and I have felt both times that the carpets were cleaned so well that they looked new again. Jace was the person who came to do our cleaning and he was very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job.
I like that there is no detergent and it leaves no residue. That way dirt is not attracted to the area again.
