The cost was way too high and the carpets were not that clean when they dried (hard spots) It would seem to me that if i am having the whole house cleaned that there would be a break on the price, but there was not. Not likely to recommend friends and family.

After a follow up appointment, our carpet looks much cleaner. I would have preferred to have had it done correctly the first time. Having said that, we really appreciated both service men who came. They were both professional acting and nice. We appreciated the precautions they took to be tidy, including booties and orange cones to protect our walls, etc. Thank you!

Easy, clean service that does a great job!
We called to set up the cleaning for a client of ours and asked for an invoice to be sent to us instead of having her pay. We've used ZeroRez 3-4 times and each time have requested an invoice. This time it was not communicated to the person sent to clean the carpets. They had to call our office and when we told the cleaner (Rick) that an invoice was supposed to be sent he was rude about it and said it was never told to him. We help low income seniors and would hate to have this mix up ever happen again and stress them out.
We are renting and some of the stains in our carpet were there before we moved in (and this is after having the carpets cleaned) and I figured they would be impossible to remove. I just wanted the carpets cleaner and I was really happy to see the stains gone and our carpets beautiful.

My stairs don't look very clean. Still dirt on the edges of them. Also there is still quite a bit of dirt near my kitchen.
