Timely, polite and clean carpets

I was a little disappointed with the cleaner he was nice and did a good job but he did not follow through on the deal he said I would get and charged me more he wouldn't show me the receipt so I could ask questions he said it would go to my email and that is when I found out he didn't follow through and charged me more then he said. Wasn't happy about that.

It seems like Zerorez really gets the stains out, and I love the way the carpet feels afterwards. George came to clean and he was great!

We like the non-use of chemicals and the fast drying after cleaning. The technician was very courteous, informed and thorough in his cleaning. Our sofa looked brand new. Thank you!

We asked to have our stairs cleaned and we were quoted a price to clean all of our carpet including the stairs. The stairs never got cleaned even though we paid for it to be done

I forgot the name of the nice man who cleaned our carpets, but it was the 2nd appt. of the day on Thursday, Oct. 9th, in Cedar Hills and he was awesome! He was super friendly, helpful and honest. He did a great job with the cleaning, too. I would request him again. I love Zerorez and haven't chosen any other carpet cleaning company since I discovered them. I don't think the carpets were very clean when they dried. He did the whole house including a stairway in about an hour. I thought it was very fast. I think he went to quickly and didn't pull much from the carpets. I asked him to show me the dirty water and was surprised at how clean it was for being a whole house job. He even commented on how clean it was. I paid $356 dollars and ended up pulling out my master bedroom carpet and replacing it because it did not look clean. Dollars and time wasted. I thought about calling and asking for a partial refund because I was not happy.

The technicians worked with me through the whole process. Explained well every detail beforehand and checked with me after cleaning each room if it was up to my satisfaction. They were willing to go over an area again if I asked them to. Also, they were able to get the carpets super clean! Thanks!

I like the way my carpet looks and feels, also the desires of the workers to do a good job and make sure that I am satisfied.

Our carpet did not dry. We waited over 72 hours, and it was still very wet where we had had the pet treatment done.
Zerorez had to come back out at 7pm on a Sat. night, which was nice, to reclean the carpet. This time it dried with the help of large fans, but it took 4 full days to dry. This is rediculous. We were over a week without the use of our basement, because we couldn't put our furniture back without the carpet being dry.

After my carpets dried, they felt clean without any felling of chemicals left in the carpet. The technician took great care of my carpets and was careful with the corners in my home.

the gentleman who came and cleaned my carpets was very profressional, explained everything completely and at the end of it all my carpets looked much better than I thought they could.

I thought some things were a little overpriced for what was done. I did like how honest and truthful about what the carpet and furniture would look like afterward. I was told the gatorade and rust stains would come out and they didn't so that was disappointing. I did think it was overall looking better after they finished cleaning.

My carpet was much more wet than last time and I can still smell the pet odor which I paid an extra $100 to eliminate.

the stains very rarely come back, unlike other commercial cleaners where the stains always come back. And the employees are SO friendly and helpful

The Teck. reported that he was unable up get up 4 spots, even though he passed over them 2/3 times. The next day I used a product, "Coit Home Pro Spotter", that had been given us by a former carpet cleaning service. The spots came right up!!! I would have hoped that your teck could have had / and used a similar product.

Roy (on loan from Texas) was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and worked extra hard to make sure stains were completely gone. He also explained the difference between Zerorez and other carpet cleaners. I called Zerorez because I had some friends who had used the company and they were very pleased with the results. I am also very pleased with the results and will recommend your company.
